Well, buy a house from this channel for ~30-50m, put 100m of "warmness" into it and you wont feel the cold anymore + you will have spare money too + You will have actual useful stuff for you, what you want, not full of pre-bought equipment that you will never use 😂

@@fantasypolice Check out the one in Cape Town called the Iron Man House. That rivals this IMO but is outside of USA. This one is better in terms of details and luxury materials though. Iron Man House is just the only one I could think of that even compares outside of US.
177 million on that flammable piece of crap? How would you even be able to cope after a weeks worth of dirt, plus wood is very prone to DUST which makes this home bad for people with respiratory problems or allergies to pollen etc. This home also does not look robber-proof it seems easy to break in and if you have 177 million dollars you definitely have people after you and having a house made out of wood is a bad idea. Waste of money

This is the most incredible house I have ever seen, that spa on the bottom floor is out of this world I've never seen a space like that before, the details are beyond my comprehension, wow. I thought Ray's 45 million property had an amazing rooftop but this is hands down the best rooftop deck, I would actually spend so much time up there what a magical level. Btw the outro on this video is world class, best outro I have ever seen and I've watched every single tour on this channel. This is one of the homes that I will always watch, the best yet. Worth every penny in my mind.

Enes, I have never seen such an organic confluence of modern and classy at the same time, anywhere. This should be taught at the interior design schools. The downstairs bar is the vivid representation of my point. This bar is the truly modern creation, while constantly referencing a traditional bar design, which creates an incredibly welcoming space without in-your-face modernity, detracting from the sense of a familiar enjoyment of the 5 o’clock drink at a local bar.

I can't believe that this tour is an hour and a half long, I enjoyed every details. It's an elevated home and you have everything you need inside the property. If I have $177 million I would definitely buy this for $150 million and get some staff for $7 million and use the $20 million for other stuff and family parties so everyone can experience it. I feel this is more like a hotel than a house! I mean that kind of estate needs not less then 200 staff members starting with chief of staff all the way to the cleaners.. as well as it needs day by day maintenance schedule which needs specialized technicians and lots of maintenance contracts with various of specialized companies ! So basically that’s not a family house at all.. I don’t see it that way .. however it’s piece of art on earth

The designs and craftsmanship is absolutely exquisite! Honestly, this home to me is infinitely better than the $500M mansion you toured before. I am still in awe. Enes, I have never seen such an organic confluence of modern and classy at the same time, anywhere. This should be taught at the interior design schools. The downstairs bar is the vivid representation of my point. This bar is the truly modern creation, while constantly referencing a traditional bar design, which creates an incredibly welcoming space without in-your-face modernity, detracting from the sense of a familiar enjoyment of the 5 o’clock drink at a local bar.

I can't believe that this tour is an hour and a half long, I enjoyed every details. It's an elevated home and you have everything you need inside the property. If I have $177 million I would definitely buy this for $150 million and get some staff for $7 million and use the $20 million for other stuff and family parties so everyone can experience it.

I feel this is more like a hotel than a house! I mean that kind of estate needs not less then 200 staff members starting with chief of staff all the way to the cleaners.. as well as it needs day by day maintenance schedule which needs specialized technicians and lots of maintenance contracts with various of specialized companies ! So basically that’s not a family house at all.. I don’t see it that way .. however it’s piece of art on earth

Holy moly! If you blindfolded me and brought me to this estate I honestly would've thought I was at a resort or even a mall. It's insane how spacious this home is. All the different levels. The designs and craftsmanship is absolutely exquisite! Honestly, this home to me is infinitely better than the $500M mansion you toured before. I am still in awe. Bravo to Mr. Ardie Tavangarian and his team(if he has one). If I ever win the lottery I will be contacting Mr. Ardie to design a home for me.
