This is one of my favourites because not only is it absolutely stunning, but it doesn't have that new home "contrived" look to the decor; It's loaded with personality. The design team hit it out of the park on this one!

This home is one of the best uses of natural materials I've seen in quite some time. They actually did something original in layering the materials, textures, colors...instead of just white box - big window concept.
This is the best house I've seen on this site in a long time. So much more personal than some of the other more expensive efforts. A great architectural design.
I always like B & R Williams Projects. You can see their signature style in all of the properties, but each of them has a very unique character. Their eyes for details is outstanding. No corners cut, not the usual design. They always create something special. I'm impressed in so many ways. The sheer amount of slate and onyx alone must have been a nightmare in logistic. The craftmanship in woodworking. The Lighting. The furniture. Everything is beyond perfection. One key element in the design is the green onyx and complementary color details in brass feels like a throwback to the golden disco era in the 70s... topped with a private nightclub with disco balls and a rotating round bed. Disco was a form of rebellion, both against mainstream culture and counterculture and the Williams Team are Real Estate Rebels. Legendary! If I ever get my hands on a humongous pile of money, I would let them build my house. Not only the house is spectacular... the way you showed it to "everyone" is in fact outstanding too.
I'm from Hollywood, born in 1959 and moved away when i graduated jr. high school at 16. I am now 65 and haven't returned to live since. I've visited many times though and have seen Hollywood grow and marvelled at how the landscape and architecture has changed. The Hollywood Hills have always been an iconic place to live and experience. This phenomenal mansion is beyond stunning. I'd have to say that entertaining level is my favorite. So much space and eclectic furnishings and design elements that flow and bring a sense of calm is impressive. I'm sure being in this spiritual home will give the owners a real sense of calm and enjoyment on every level. Well done in bringing this one of a kind structure to your channel for us to be a part of. The production quality that you and your team has is second to none. I too have been curious as to the absence if Mikey. I hope he is well and look forward to seeing him in future videos. I adore the houses featured on the site. Just one question - with the open-to-the-outside pools, are there no bugs in that area? Where I live, without screens, we would have flies, mosquitoes, cicadas, and more.

Its been awhile since you have posted a "first purchase when I hit the powerball" house. Some of the ones recently have felt a bit "soulless" or even a bit bland. The Tree House in San Diego was the last one that truly 'wowed' me. But this is now it. My new #1. What an absolutely amazing home, its one of the best you have ever shown us.

I actually approve of this house, reminds me of the LA, Hollywood, Palm Springs of my youth mid century modern angles in an explosive lot above the strip without being too far back. The stone, wood cabinetry, palate, custom furnishings are fantastic and not juvenile like others. only critique, better parking than most but a more impressive underground garage for a dozen vehicles. otherwise an exquisite trophy hill home.

Ive watched hundreds of home tours and some are even larger than this home and some might be even better or cooler... but when I watched this, I completely forgot about anything else I've seen. I didnt care about anything else other than this home. Completely mesmerized by this estate and to me this is my dream home!! Everything about it is perfect! I can only dream to call something like this home.. For the 38min video, all I cared about was this estate and thank you for putting it out into the world to see.

I watch these mansion home videos sometimes, and I come to the conclusion that they've just built something for size & expense with no thought to the feel or uses....but this... Oh my goodness, there is zero not to like. 7:07 That metal statue placed on the sink top is very disrespectful to Indians, he is one of the most worshipped Gods in Hindu religion. I don't understand why some interior designers mindlessly put stuff in the house. A bathroom is literally the worst place to put it. And there are just so many bad choices for decoration pieces, from elephant tusks, to stuffed animals.

This house is absolutely amazing. Nothing is white and basic like you see most modern homes. It has so much character, warmth, and a feeling of relaxation. If I'm ever worth 200M+ I would consider buying a home worth almost 40M.

if you’re able to afford a home like this, presumably you will also be driving something very expensive like a six-figure luxury car. And I can assure you that in the worst of traffic driving one of those automobiles transforms the experience into something very different from what everyone else experiences on the road.

7:07 That metal statue placed on the sink top is very disrespectful to Indians, he is one of the most worshipped Gods in Hindu religion. I don't understand why some interior designers mindlessly put stuff in the house. A bathroom is literally the worst place to put it.
And there are just so many bad choices for decoration pieces, from elephant tusks, to stuffed animals.

I love all the houses that are shown on the site. I have one question, with all the open to the outside pools and all, are there no bugs in that area? Were I live if you’d not have screens you’d have flys mosquitoes, cicadas just to name a few.
With the amount of greenery u will def have all kind of insects in and around the house. Well u cant have it all haha....
This house is absolutely amazing. Nothing is white and basic like you see most modern homes. It has so much character, warmth, and a feeling of relaxation. If I'm ever worth 200M+ I would consider buying a home worth almost 40M.

I used to dream of living in a house like this in the Hollywood Hills...until I saw what driving around Hollywood Hills is like! I don't need that kind of stress everyday in my life, especially if I paid $38 Mil!

if you’re able to afford a home like this, presumably you will also be driving something very expensive like a six-figure luxury car. And I can assure you that in the worst of traffic driving one of those automobiles transforms the experience into something very different from what everyone else experiences on the road.
