This home is one of the best uses of natural materials I've seen in quite some time. They actually did something original in layering the materials, textures, colors...instead of just white box - big window concept.

I adore the houses featured on the site. Just one question - with the open-to-the-outside pools, are there no bugs in that area? Where I live, without screens, we would have flies, mosquitoes, cicadas, and more.

definitely no, the extructure ok, the internal size super ok. The external ceiling and those black african rocks on the walls super beautiful. The pool nice, I like the cinema as well. But it ends here. I seen so much old trying to be modern and it didn't work. It's diferent. In my opinion if I was the buyer I would want a huge discount, because I would rip out all this wood, these green stones, this roof. the external wood from the ceiling that came from Japan was to be used as firewood. Pretty much all the furniture I would put outside for donation. There are a lot of other things, but those would be the things I would do. The view is perfect.

Mikey has taken time out from social media and stopped posting last November. He has some personal issues to deal with and has stepped back from filming and editing these videos. Just amazing as always. Enes, watching and listening to you describe this paradise of a home is like real estate ASMR!! You never fail to bring it. The music, the camera work, your description and paying attention to important details is so key. I especially appreciate the organization of your walk through. I know exactly where I am at all times. I don't see that in most real estate videos. When presenters jump from room to room I feel lost I can't figure out where I am in the home. However, your attention to details does not keep you from moving the video along at a nice pace which is so enjoyable to me. Once again, thank you so much and keep up the outstanding work. ikr i love it when modern houses become warm, a lot of mansions seem lifeless and cold and when it feels wamr and inviting it becomes amazing
I'm from Hollywood, born in 1959 and moved away when i graduated jr. high school at 16. I am now 65 and haven't returned to live since. I've visited many times though and have seen Hollywood grow and marvelled at how the landscape and architecture has changed. The Hollywood Hills have always been an iconic place to live and experience. This phenomenal mansion is beyond stunning. I'd have to say that entertaining level is my favorite. So much space and eclectic furnishings and design elements that flow and bring a sense of calm is impressive. I'm sure being in this spiritual home will give the owners a real sense of calm and enjoyment on every level. Well done in bringing this one of a kind structure to your channel for us to be a part of. The production quality that you and your team has is second to none. I too have been curious as to the absence if Mikey. I hope he is well and look forward to seeing him in future videos. Perhaps i will visit my birthplace of Hollywood real soon and get up to the hills and tour around a bit. Take care Enes, until next time. 😎✌🏾

Its been awhile since you have posted a "first purchase when I hit the powerball" house. Some of the ones recently have felt a bit "soulless" or even a bit bland. The Tree House in San Diego was the last one that truly 'wowed' me.
But this is now it. My new #1. What an absolutely amazing home, its one of the best you have ever shown us.

Outstanding. Talk about attention to detail, OMG. I love everything about this home. I was a follower of P22 so I found the mountain lion taxadermy beautiful, if not a little sad. The hidden entertainment area is incredible. Enough can not be said about the unobstructed views. I love LA and to see the lights come on and the City become alive as the sun sets into our wonderful Pacific Ocean was magnificent. Even with all of the unique details, which not everyone would admire, I do and there is such a sense of peace and well being in this wonderful home. Please pass along my compliments. Ive watched hundreds of home tours and some are even larger than this home and some might be even better or cooler... but when I watched this, I completely forgot about anything else I've seen. I didnt care about anything else other than this home. Completely mesmerized by this estate and to me this is my dream home!! Everything about it is perfect! I can only dream to call something like this home.. For the 38min video, all I cared about was this estate and thank you for putting it out into the world to see.

I always like B & R Williams Projects. You can see their signature style in all of the properties, but each of them has a very unique character. Their eyes for details is outstanding. No corners cut, not the usual design. They always create something special.
I'm impressed in so many ways. The sheer amount of slate and onyx alone must have been a nightmare in logistic.
The craftmanship in woodworking.
The Lighting.
The furniture.
Everything is beyond perfection.
One key element in the design is the green onyx and complementary color details in brass feels like a throwback to the golden disco era in the 70s... topped with a private nightclub with disco balls and a rotating round bed. Disco was a form of rebellion, both against mainstream culture and counterculture and the Williams Team are Real Estate Rebels.
Legendary!
If I ever get my hands on a humongous pile of money, I would let them build my house.

I love all the houses that are shown on the site. I have one question, with all the open to the outside pools and all, are there no bugs in that area? Were I live if you’d not have screens you’d have flys mosquitoes, cicadas just to name a few.
With the amount of greenery u will def have all kind of insects in and around the house. Well u cant have it all haha....
I love this house because its so Rock star style.. it reminds of another house on the Stanley avenue also Rock Starish I love that house as well!
