Brimming with style, elegance, sophistication, and comfort, it is at once both futuristic and stately - a triumph of engineering and artistry. What a marvel! Thank you for making it known to us.

Great job as always guys, you're getting access to more and more incredible homes, yachts and vehicles every episode.
The plants on the strings are known commonly as airplants (Tillandsia Flexuosa) and correctly stated, do not need any maintenance to survive, so they are in fact the perfect ornament and shading solution to the roofing :) Great vid, loved the entrance hall.
if i had to describe this house, i could not put into words how this house with its modern and classic elements seems contradictory and coherent at the same time. In addition, the glass roof construction with the rows of plants as a view and light protection just completely fascinates me. what a brilliant and cool house!
This may be my favorite property of all. Unlike many expensive homes, this one is not overdone in any respect. The views are spectacular, and the landscaping private and cozy. The multi-levels provide lots of spaces to explore, and the building materials create a one-of-a-kind structure that is not only admirable, but surprisingly homey and comfortable. Nouvel's design is brilliant. Thank you for an enjoyable tour of a remarkable place.
this is going to be difficult to top. The balance of greenery, modern architecture and classical stone work is perfection. If this was a movie set an entire movie can be filmed within the property and you won't get the same shots.
I kept hearing “My grand sons” and it made me chuckle every time. I love the accent I could listen to Enes speak all day something about his voice is soft and comforting
FYI, rain chains were not created so that you don’t have to have unsightly gutters. It’s easy to run gutters internally in the walls of the house if you didn’t want to see them. The real reason that I discovered when I lived in Seattle (where rain chains are incredibly common) is that rain chains are silent so you don’t hear the water gurgling down the gutters. It silently slides down the chain.
Note to self: never get rain chains. I love falling asleep to the sound of rain + the sound of the gutter drain trickling water. So relaxing. Natural ASMR
Walking through this house must feel like a special journey every single time. There are many houses that you've brought us on that have immaculate finishes and great views, but this one really ties in all the design cues to make it feel so well thought out that it really impresses on another level altogether. It is truly stunning even though it is not the largest or most expensive by any measure.
I'm lost for words. This is the true definition of glass house executed with elegance and the same time it still feels very private and cozy. Truly amazing!!! I can live here without a TV. Wonderful job Enes and Team showcasing the property! The best
Ive spend some months last year in the south of france and knowing how steep and challenging the elevations and narrowness is, this build is just astonishing.
As a photographer this property looks absolutely stunning. Every corner and every part of the house, indoors and outdoors, are perfect for taking photos whether it's for portrait, glamour, boudoir, or weddings. especially weddings. Unfortunately it's not going to be easy to find a client who has the budget to rent this place for a wedding photoshoot hahaha. Great tour as usual and keep up the good work!
Yeah, this house is the nicest house yet, I can’t even believe my eyes. I thought America was a rich country, after living here for 53 years I’ve never felt so poor. How does someone have the money to do this? This is just next level.
Honestly dude, keep doing your work and pour your heart into it and you never know. You may very well photograph an event at a venue like this one day. I mean, these guys got the gig for this video.
This surpassed all houses of this channel. Previously LA home with the other batman roofed garage was my favorite but this one is pure beauty. Kudos to the architect and to you guys for presenting this piece of art to us.
It's nice to see one of these giant homes made out of wood, concrete, and stainless steel instead of a mountain's worth of marble. Not sure I'm a fan of every wall being made of glass but I do like the glass roof with plants. Thanks for the tour!
My idea of a house was always that it should be livable, enjoyable and something I can never get bored of looking at, some of the many house tours I've seen makes me feel like if I lived there I would get bored in a week, but this masterpiece of a home is IT. Interiors may not exactly be my taste but they were soo much better than most and I admit I felt quite claustrophobic in some spaces but glad they had all that open space to counter it.
I lived in Nice and have seen this in person. It is actually very unassuming from the outside. The whole area is full of incredible homes. At 24min the property you can see by the water with the little jetty - there's a small beach to the left we used to go down with the paddle boards to hang out.
I watch a lot of these videos but this one really is amazing. The views mixed in with the landscaping and gardens and the tiered build makes it different from the modern mansion. The overall feel of the place is literally like a modern garden of eden.
Looove that you acknowledge all the architectural details. The rain chain (and explaining its function), listing materials, the fact it’s constructed with concrete, the offset column, the nod to how difficult it is to make a simple house look simple. Aaand the acknowledgement of the designers 🙏🏼 This is a real home tour video 🙌🏼
I literally can’t think of the words to describe this property. Cap Farrat is a truly stunning place. There’s an atmosphere in the South of France like no other. I just can’t imagine how it must feel to be able to live in this property in this location. It takes my breath away.
Omg. The vibe of this house is just on a another level. All these little greenery places are so intimate. I'm just in love. It's not about being big and doing the most. It's about how you feel when you're in this house and it must be incredible to live there. The views ???? Thank you Enes for showing us this house. Incredible
Wow, Enes and Mike, you simply outdo yourselves with every property, just when the last one can’t get more amazing, this one is just truly stunning! The mix of steel, chrome, stone, wood, and green landscaping is nothing short of brilliant. As much as I really love and adore California modern contemporary , I dare say they could learn a thing or two about European modern style. This house really turns up the modern futurism (the glass roof and panels for one thing!)nand tones it down at the same time, if one can believe that’s possible . The use of greenery and landscaping with your own park like setting is so thoughtful. And the highlight for me is the master bedroom section, wow, so imaginative and unique! Thank you Enes and Mikey for all of your hard work in bringing us incredible footage of these properties ( and yachts , motorhomes , etc), so amazing to see!
I loved all the small private yards. Especially the first one you showed. So private that it's like having your own secret garden. The walkways give off the same ambiance. The choice of plants and trees really reminds you that you are in France. The views all around are just gorgeous.
@@dreammix9430 I was wondering if some of that grass on the walk ways was actually artificial. It would be quite a challenge maintaining all those awkward areas. If they have a good preventive plan for weeds, they would do fine. If not, you would have to have a team of workers to weed and do the upkeep. Personally, I would love it!
I'm not usually a fan of modern style homes, but this is a huge exception! All of the wood and stonework really give this house a more homey kind of vibe. It really tames all of the glass and stainless steel to give it a really nice blend. With the addition of all of the BEAUTIFUL outdoor spaces, this really is a wonderful house. If I had that kind of money, I would live there in a heartbeat! Thank you for the tour Enes and Mikey!
My god. The human being is fascinating. Just knowing that a person designed a home like this is mindblowing. It is true a piece of art. 52 millions is probably worth the price to live in a place like this. The view is just incredible, then you have a perfect modern house with all the nature surrounding it. My mind was set to dislike any houses that had a glassy minimalist build, but whoever built this masterpiece changed my mind. I think now I can say with no doubt that this is the best house I've ever seen in this channel. And Enes evolved from youtuber to Bruce Wayne in this video as well. Mikey is the new Alfred.
I am gonna add this. This house at the same time it seems to have no walls, no privacy, is yet one of the most private houses I've ever seen aswell. That just shows how magnificent this house is. Imagine the person telling someone who loves privacy like me that they are going to build a house mostly in glass. Then they deliver this product. Genius.
Man... I've seen "nicer" more "elegant" homes but this one is something else. Really it's probably my favorite home I've ever seen. All the glass with all the outdoor touches, the gardens. Geez it's so beautiful.
My jaw dropped every time you took us to a new space! this home is absolutely gorgeous! The attention to detail throughout the whole home is what really ties it all together. Incredible job!
This house is so unique, it's amazing. The architect has done a wonderful job on designing this property, it seemed pretty challenging to me already to have something like this on such a unique lot. But then also to have such a nice house, it's purely amazing. One thing about cap ferret though, when I was on holiday there, the traffic was so bad. It felt like London traffic but worse.
Nailed it at 4:30... it's super futuristic and modern... but it hasn't lost touch with natural elements and the land it sits on. It feels like it belongs. That's a very delicate line to walk and the house feels like it does it very well. Seriously, I saw my favorite spot right away. That wooden deck off the kitchen with the view of the harbor/bay. I'd sit there and work.
Before I decided to become a personal trainer I was going to Interior Design school. I’ve always said “I wish all these beautiful houses would open up one weekend just to give us a tour” I LOVE this channel!! I’m totally getting my design fix watching all your videos ❤️🫶🏽
I love how you show every detail on the house and don't leave out anything, even if it's 40 minutes long, I can't get bored of it. There's just something about your videos that gives me a good vibe that's different from any other house tour channel.
The fact that they were able to work around so much of the natural greenery is just insane to me. It looks like it's been there longer than one year, for sure.
This is actually amazing. I love how they incorporated nature and greenery into the house, it really blends in with the hill and makes it feel warm. The landscaping and architecture is phenomenal!!!
Of course the beauty and inspiration of this home is perfection, but what I also appreciate is the simplicity of the furnishings. So many estates are overly decorated and appeal to specific tastes, but this home creates a clean aesthetic which allows us to appreciate the essence of nature in the outdoors and the spectacular view. This home is a treat for the senses!
This is soooo amazing, such vision!!!! This makes me fall in love with France even more. Incredible design. Unique, yet cozy, don't know how they figured it all out, but it works. I would love to tour it myself. Thanks for sharing, Enes and crew!!!!!
What an amazing house, I love the way these architects managed to fit in such a modern and different house into a very old school typical French Riviera neighborhood!
This has to be my favorite of the houses you have toured on this channel. The amount of levels and special little places makes the garden magical, the daylight from the roof into the kitchen area, but with the very natural shade from the roofplants. I've heard someplace that this type of branch-like shading above us mimick being in a forest, and it makes our instincts feel safe. Of course the view, but also how you get the "second hand view" in the bathroom through the bedroom. Most of the time, I don't think stainless steel is such a good choice in a house, because people can't pull it of without it looking like a restaurant kitchen or a butchery, but here it goes so well with the plants and reflects the view and colour of the garden in an extremely good way. Best i've seen. Also, the interiour designer chose all the lamps and stuff after my taste, much better than they usually do.
This is a gorgeous house, I’d imagine it would feel like living in a greenhouse in the best way possible. You have the best house tours on RUclips, Enes, the video production quality, houses, and your personality are all top-notch!
Had to sit back in my chair, heave a sigh, pour myself a nice coffee and just reflect on this latest video. What a home and what amazing presentation by you Enes and your team. Thank you. Truly appreciate your work. Big thanks.
Hey Enes and Mikey! You've brought us countless tours of some AMAZING properties. Thank you so much for the chance to dream and enjoy what most of us will never be able to see up close and personal. This property has so many design elements and mood's. I can see myself living here. This is my favorite so far. Truly a work of art. Great job fellas!
Rarely do these house tours need an explanation other than the tour itself. But holy hell. This is truly a work of art that is so much larger than the house shown in the video. This place is an experiment of the senses - starting with the first floor garage. It's "poorly" lit in comparison to the rest of the house with only one skinny skylight and black walls in the hallway which lights up with dim yellows ... but the contrast as soon as you come out of the elevator to the main floor is that you are smacked by an immense amount of warm natural light from every direction. That main room is actually not very big, but the experience that led you there makes your arrival so grand. The way there is little to obstruct your views throughout the home plays with the idea of bringing outside, in. And in many cases it looked like it was hard to tell as the space is transitioned so well. I mean I think I actually saw a butterfly fly into the room. I think the master is the great example of this. That large glass door is like a picture frame you can walk through. I'm sure there's also something bigger here with the idea of primary shapes throughout the house. There's many squares and straight edges that make up the rooms and the hallways. The primary bedroom has a semicircle glass door. The upstairs pool is a trapezoid. Much of the lighting was circular or cone shaped. But then constantly throughout, the organic lines of nature sort of envelop the whole property and there's a dance between strict and unrestricted imagery. I think Enes was right on target when he said it's the type of place to walk around barefoot. What an amazing place. Jean Nouvel has created something magnificent.
Spectacular the Kitchen, the launch zone and the large stairs to the superior floor. The incredible balcony with that sight that turns and become a patio. I like this stile, glass and steel with wood that warms ambient. Perfect mix of ultra modern materials.
This house is incredible! I absolutely love all of the nooks and crannies and secret hideaways in this home. All of the stunning green spaces, including the rooftop gardens and the glass really brings the light in, giving off a special kind of ambience. Amazing location too. Definitely one of my favourites! 💜
I can not say how much I love this house. It is so beautiful. Unique,. I can imagine it during a storm. What a sight it must be. Most luxury-priced properties are luxurious, but few of them feel like home. This one feels like a home with a heart that not only weaves itself into its deceptively casual and abundant landscaping but, like an elusive _déjà vu_ , evokes memories of times and lives long past - and many more yet to come.

But man is it a nice home and congratulations to the Person that calls this home.
Enes, I don't remember having my jaw on the floor during a whole tour...but this is phenomenal! There aren't enough words to really explain but yes...this is such a piece of art and it's beautifully done from which the 6 years of hard work has paid off for everyone involved. I am thrilled to see such a mix of natural beauty (with all the gardens and outdoor living space) and modern design (stainless steel and glass never looked so beautiful) work so well against such a difficult space to work with. Jean Nouvel is a genius! Thank you for sharing this wonderful piece of art of his. I am lovin' this!

I’ve learnt something new today ...’air plants’ 👍
Those plants on the glass roof look ridiculous imo and really take away from the house
The plants on the strings are known commonly as airplants (Tillandsia Flexuosa) and correctly stated, do not need any maintenance to survive, so they are in fact the perfect ornament and shading solution to the roofing :)
Great vid, loved the entrance hall.
do you know birds carry these seeds when ever they stand on the power line it grows their
I've never seen these before. On powerlines nor other. And if been to France Spain and Italy, Greece, turkey, Egypt
They're a species of bromeliad and produce a really beautiful flower (usually pink or red)

if i had to describe this house, i could not put into words how this house with its modern and classic elements seems contradictory and coherent at the same time. In addition, the glass roof construction with the rows of plants as a view and light protection just completely fascinates me.
what a brilliant and cool house!
the house is a good one! hope you enjoyed the tour!
Not convinced with those roof plants. Very distracting
If this was a movie set an entire movie can be filmed within the property and you won't get the same shots.
glad you like the house!
I love how excited Enes gets about certain properties. He was like a kid on Christmas in this house! You can see he truly loves what he is doing!
I kept hearing “My grand sons” and it made me chuckle every time. I love the accent I could listen to Enes speak all day something about his voice is soft and comforting
At no point does this house feel like its trying to impress anyone. It's just so effortlessly elegant.
facts
FYI, rain chains were not created so that you don’t have to have unsightly gutters. It’s easy to run gutters internally in the walls of the house if you didn’t want to see them. The real reason that I discovered when I lived in Seattle (where rain chains are incredibly common) is that rain chains are silent so you don’t hear the water gurgling down the gutters. It silently slides down the chain.
Good to know 👍
Note to self: never get rain chains. I love falling asleep to the sound of rain + the sound of the gutter drain trickling water. So relaxing. Natural ASMR
@@gladitsnotmeI like the rain sound but getting rid of the gutter noise is okay
@@gladitsnotme theres a massive difference between the sound of rain and the sound of water and aluminum gurgling.
Walking through this house must feel like a special journey every single time. There are many houses that you've brought us on that have immaculate finishes and great views, but this one really ties in all the design cues to make it feel so well thought out that it really impresses on another level altogether. It is truly stunning even though it is not the largest or most expensive by any measure.
well said!
Agreed, its truly mind blowing!
ELE AND FACTS
Yeah, this house is the nicest house yet, I can’t even believe my eyes. I thought America was a rich country, after living here for 53 years I’ve never felt so poor. How does someone have the money to do this? This is just next level.
Honestly dude, keep doing your work and pour your heart into it and you never know. You may very well photograph an event at a venue like this one day. I mean, these guys got the gig for this video.
@@alysemarie8313 you got a point there! Thanks! Will just keep trying. Who knows what could happen in the future?
This surpassed all houses of this channel. Previously LA home with the other batman roofed garage was my favorite but this one is pure beauty. Kudos to the architect and to you guys for presenting this piece of art to us.
The connectivity to the outdoors is AMAZING! and the choice of wood tones in the house beautifully compliments the greenery outside.
It's nice to see one of these giant homes made out of wood, concrete, and stainless steel instead of a mountain's worth of marble. Not sure I'm a fan of every wall being made of glass but I do like the glass roof with plants. Thanks for the tour!
One of the best examples of making a warm modern home I have ever seen. Super modern but how they have blended it into nature is amazing.
One of the best I’ve seen on this channel
Thank you, Mike! 🙏🏻
I lived in Nice and have seen this in person. It is actually very unassuming from the outside. The whole area is full of incredible homes. At 24min the property you can see by the water with the little jetty - there's a small beach to the left we used to go down with the paddle boards to hang out.
I think this is my favorite home you've ever seen. It's so distinctive, but not in a garish or strange way; it's just incredibly lovely.
I watch a lot of these videos but this one really is amazing. The views mixed in with the landscaping and gardens and the tiered build makes it different from the modern mansion. The overall feel of the place is literally like a modern garden of eden.
Even the rain chains seemed cool.
How do they keep the bugs out?
@@gabe9045 I have no idea. Good question.
@@gabe9045 yea the maintenance on the plants and bushes must cost a lot
Looove that you acknowledge all the architectural details. The rain chain (and explaining its function), listing materials, the fact it’s constructed with concrete, the offset column, the nod to how difficult it is to make a simple house look simple. Aaand the acknowledgement of the designers 🙏🏼
This is a real home tour video 🙌🏼
Candy, how many gardeners do you think would take to maintain that property? :-)
@@candyvigil550 good point. That grass looked absolutely perfect and the perfect color of green so yeah, perhaps it is artificial
This is the first house you’ve toured that I really would love to live in. The indoor outdoor space is divine. Those enclosed gardens!

Genius.

This house is absolutely stunning; it has charm and personality while also being full of modernistic details. It is just a WOW
The house is just out of this world. Insane. The amount of detail, nothing conventional. Just the best house I've ever seen
Enes has shown us so many amazing properties around the world, but this, this hits another level. Thank you for showing us!
I like how you’ve started adding imperial conversions and USD equivalent information. Thank you for that.
I’ve always said “I wish all these beautiful houses would open up one weekend just to give us a tour”
I LOVE this channel!!
I’m totally getting my design fix watching all your videos ❤️🫶🏽
This house is incredible. Quite possibly the greatest house I have ever seen. It captures feelings that I didn't even know I wanted in a house
I find this type of comment in every single video that
This was the best house they have seen so far 🤌
I love how you show every detail on the house and don't leave out anything, even if it's 40 minutes long, I can't get bored of it. There's just something about your videos that gives me a good vibe that's different from any other house tour channel.
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
The fact that they were able to work around so much of the natural greenery is just insane to me. It looks like it's been there longer than one year, for sure.
As a window cleaner, I'm happy you explained how the roof glass gets cleaned!
The outdoor spaces are even more enchanting than the interiors! I love all the levels and small private gardens.
Nicest house I have seen on the show. The sheer amount of windows and light while being very green and minimalist. Love it.
This is a gorgeous house, I’d imagine it would feel like living in a greenhouse in the best way possible. You have the best house tours on RUclips, Enes, the video production quality, houses, and your personality are all top-notch!

Your house tours' making me feel the comfort and relaxation I want after a tiring day. ❤
This house is incredible! I absolutely love all of the nooks and crannies and secret hideaways in this home. All of the stunning green spaces, including the rooftop gardens and the glass really brings the light in, giving off a special kind of ambience. Amazing location too. The vibes this house gives is insane. It has a feeling to it. Alot of expensive homes just feel empty. This is awesome.
This is everything a property should be. Stunning! Reminds me of Fallingwater, Villa Savoye, and Glass House-- an architectural masterpiece that cannot be replicated.
What an absolutely mind blowing house. Enes and Mikey, thank you for showing us such an outstanding home. This is for sure my favourite of all the (many, many) houses you have shown us in the last couple of years. THANK you for bringing us along!
Most luxury-priced properties are luxurious, but few of them feel like home. This one feels like a home with a heart that not only weaves itself into its deceptively casual and abundant landscaping but, like an elusive _déjà vu_ , evokes memories of times and lives long past - and many more yet to come.

this is an amazing house. the only thing that sucks about something so gorgeous is that only a handful of people will ever experience owning and living in places like this. 52 mil and upkeep cost is absolutely mind blowing.
