    Property Description:
"With a spectacular location and breathtaking architecture, this extraordinary villa designed by Jean Nouvel is situated in one of the most in-demand areas of the Côte d’Azur. Overlooking the Mediterranean, it gives occupants the chance to live life in lush natural surroundings.
This long contemporary residence (595 sq. m) follows the plot’s topography to blend in beautifully with the vicinity. West-facing, it has a series of glass facades largely opening out onto the Bay of Villefranche. Every room in the house has incredible views of this natural harbor. And the Principality of Monaco and Nice are just a few kilometers from this quiet haven in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. A rare gem in the heart of the Côte d’Azur, indeed.
    Optimum use of space.
With its stainless-steel frame and green glass roof, this villa does away with divisions between inside and out, making transparency one of its biggest assets. See without being seen. Look out at the sky, the sea and the surrounding hills. When night falls, gaze up at the stars. This stunning villa is like something out of a dream. The entrance sets the tone, encouraging you inside. Each space is exceptional, with everything designed to be both functional and beautiful, leading to perfect results. Accordingly, there are plenty of storage spaces hidden behind rosewood facades and no dividing walls to interrupt the sense of flow."

FYI, rain chains were not created so that you don’t have to have unsightly gutters. It’s easy to run gutters internally in the walls of the house if you didn’t want to see them. The real reason that I discovered when I lived in Seattle (where rain chains are incredibly common) is that rain chains are silent so you don’t hear the water gurgling down the gutters. It silently slides down the chain.

Gents, I’ve been watching your channel since pretty much the very beginning. In that time, you’ve shown us many beautiful and amazing homes but this property in particular is truly off the charts. Brimming with style, elegance, sophistication, and comfort, it is at once both futuristic and stately - a triumph of engineering and artistry. What a marvel! Thank you for making it known to us.

There are many houses that you've brought us on that have immaculate finishes and great views, but this one really ties in all the design cues to make it feel so well thought out that it really impresses on another level altogether. It is truly stunning even though it is not the largest or most expensive by any measure.

The mix of steel, chrome, stone, wood, and green landscaping is nothing short of brilliant. As much as I really love and adore California modern contemporary , I dare say they could learn a thing or two about European modern style. This house really turns up the modern futurism (the glass roof and panels for one thing!)nand tones it down at the same time, if one can believe that’s possible . The use of greenery and landscaping with your own park like setting is so thoughtful. And the highlight for me is the master bedroom section, wow, so imaginative and unique!
