One of the best value for money homes I’ve ever seen, the walk in shower is amazing. It really shows the great houses in L.A and personally, I think that this house is way better than a penthouse in New York that is 100 million more with no backyard.
My personal opinion is that Mr. Nosrati's developments are the absolute best you showcase in the Los Angeles area. The houses might be large but the finishes and amenities make it a home. That living wall is insanely gorgeous and so is the marble in the primary bedroom bathroom. I started watching your videos to see the finishes in the kitchens and outdoor pool areas but now I am hooked on the home theatres. Love all the different ways developers, architects or in some cases the home owners make them unique and this one has a zen quality with that starlight ceiling and I always love how the acoustics change as you walk into them. I vote yes for more tours of Ray's developments. Thank you for another fab video. I know You Tube does the plaques for the amount of subscribers but if they do awards for the video quality and presentation you, Mikey & the entire team deserve to win. 🏆
That enormous living wall is one of the most stunning features of any home I have ever seen. I didn't even know they could be scaled to that size. Really stellar work on the design and installation of that masterpiece.
It is absolutely stunning, but I would very much like to know what is under the moss layer. If it is not adequately insulated, the house will rot regardless of what the material is. And for people with lung issues, such as asthma, they cannot live in a house with living moss.
It's a beautiful piece of architecture but I don't like the water feature either side of the front door. If you have children especially toddlers that could be dangerous, or if you're an adult who has had a few too many drinks! I love the roof top deck and the windows are beautiful.

For me, the perfect view is getting to see the endless ocean on one side of the property and mountains/greenery on the other. Plenty of that in Hawaii. Hope you tour more homes in Hawaii by the cliffside with a private residential beach at the bottom of the cliff
It feels like a home, lots of space but not ridiculously so, I love the warm minimalism and the stacked pavilion style of architecture. Lots of glass in the main kitchen - it's beautiful. I would struggle with the fingerprints and grease on those lovely shiny marble and glass surfaces, which means forever cleaning - unless there's a secret I don't know about.
That's an amazing property. Sorry, I'm not familiar with this gentleman, but I do have to say, he's got the utmost in talent. That home just makes you wonder what it would be like to be there, well, you can almost imagine being there. The amount of privacy he created is what most people want and long for, but don't always get with these properties. The theater at this mansion is nice; it has a genuine movie theater feel to it and is really well-run. Its backyard, where you may unwind and take in the view, is quite nice. I really adore the roof because it allows me to play golf every day, something I've never done before.

Wow, The architectural of this home is pure art. However, I think if the master bedroom had a deck it would be a plus, but then again this home is so nice you probably wouldn’t even care if you lived here.
This is the best living art wall I’ve seen very neat and colors were complimentary. The walk-in closet was stunning and the outside greenery and entertaining space was plentiful. The art in the house was perfect, black art and would compliment other art pieces that I am fond of like Basquiat, etc. And I couldn’t quite see but it seems like a neighborly/residential street and it offers a view but doesn’t necessarily look like its hanging off a cliff. The roof top was great as well. The space was very maximized. Love It!
that owner's bathroom is amazing. the shower looks like crowns and you'll be brushing your teeth looking at the views behind you. that is next level curated lifestyle

This is really a modern take on brutalist architecture. You would have to really embrace the hard lines of this property in order to live with it. The living walls are also structured like a commercial space - not an organic feel to be had in the entire structure. For me it's just way too severe for a living space - furnishings included. I think after a day or two I'd scream if I ran into another 90 degree angle ! But I won't leave everything on a negative note ... The walk-in showers are a wonder to behold. The variety of bookmatched stone in such a dramatic array is just fabulous. And I'll admit that the master walk-in closet is to die for. But that's what you get at the price ! So thanks again for the tour !

the master bathroom with sliding glass is something I haven't seen in these modern homes before, very nice. the home overall is a big WOW factor and as usual, the channel content is good for viewing and researching.

The theater at this mansion is nice; it has a genuine movie theater feel to it and is really well-run.
Its backyard, where you may unwind and take in the view, is quite nice.
I really adore the roof because it allows me to play golf every day, something I've never done before.

Wow, The architectural of this home is pure art. However, I think if the master bedroom had a deck it would be a plus, but then again this home is so nice you probably wouldn’t even care if you lived here.

This is the best living art wall I’ve seen very neat and colors were complimentary. The walk-in closet was stunning and the outside greenery and entertaining space was plentiful. The art in the house was perfect, black art and would compliment other art pieces that I am fond of like Basquiat, etc. And I couldn’t quite see but it seems like a neighborly/residential street and it offers a view but doesn’t necessarily look like its hanging off a cliff. The roof top was great as well. The space was very maximized. Love It!
that owner's bathroom is amazing. the shower looks like crowns and you'll be brushing your teeth looking at the views behind you. that is next level curated lifestyle

This is really a modern take on brutalist architecture. You would have to really embrace the hard lines of this property in order to live with it. The living walls are also structured like a commercial space - not an organic feel to be had in the entire structure. For me it's just way too severe for a living space - furnishings included. I think after a day or two I'd scream if I ran into another 90 degree angle ! But I won't leave everything on a negative note ... The walk-in showers are a wonder to behold. The variety of bookmatched stone in such a dramatic array is just fabulous. And I'll admit that the master walk-in closet is to die for. But that's what you get at the price ! So thanks again for the tour !
This has been my favorite home so far. As far as houses goes it has almost everything that I would look for.
