It's an interesting design. They moved the gym to the garage, the office to the guest house, and set up a bar and spa in a small corner. What did they do with the remaining space? Sitting areas, more sitting areas, and even more sitting areas. You can imagine how to enjoy this property: wake up and sit for a few minutes in each sitting area or dining area, and then the day is over. 😂

Yeah it has not been staged soo well. They may have spent a lot supposedly doing it up but to me it feels like it needs a lot more work. For a property with this price take those bathrooms look very dated and those soo called walk in wardrobes....a total let down.
from the little glimpse of the footage of this property they took the first time, it looks like it would have been way more interesting. the landscaping was more lush and the furnishings had way more character. i feel like it's been stripped down and trying to look more minimalist california modern. that house deserves so much better staging and it showed with just a flash of what it used to look like.
Dude it's called staging for sell. Residential properties for sell are stage to be very "neutral" so that potential buyers can see themselves and their ideas and not the current owner or overdone by a designer/stager. If a buyer can't see themselves or their ideas or are turned off by the owners' aesthetic in a home for sale they often won't be able to get past that and loose interest. It's a house tour of a home for sale not a tour of/about the home owner. That's what channels/videos like Homeworthy, Handmade, Apartment Therapy, Never Too Small, Blavity... are for.
Lol exactly what I was thinking when I watch this. I live in laguna niguel and frequent san clemente beaches often the train is undeniably loud all times of the day AND night there's no avoiding it it's necessary for all united states actually with the shipping yards around here. Still, a lovely house but certainly not 55 mill in my opinion. Hopefully the interior walls are thick to keep the train noise down when you're inside

I almost bought this house about four years ago, but the owners would not move off of the price. I think it was about $37M at the time. They've spent four years of upkeep/taxes and a few million to make minor upgrades, and now they are asking $55M. This is the perfect example of cutting off your nose to spite your face. It's going to be a wash in the end. The family does not need the money, but to keep it on market for hopes of making a couple percentage points is mind blowing. I'm still looking at it, as well as a few others that I know of, but they aren't willing to budge. The only comp in the area is their neighbor, and they think the owner of this house is out of their mind.
I had the same thoughts regarding asking prices being absurd due to lack of comps. This happens all the time in the Hamptons as well. I haven't looked at this property since the last time it sold, but I assumed it was a company that purchased it and not a family. They said a Russian Oligarch or Saudi Royal family lol.
I religiously watch your videos every single time. Your channel is the only one that keeps me engaged for the entire video. Thank you for the hard work and attention to detail in every project👏
Absolutely stunning... The outside stone work is breathtaking... I love the colors throughout this home. Subtle , calming and homey... And the ocean... The wood, the stone, the archways... Even the front door is beautiful.... Every detail was met with class and style.. At $50.000.000, this is a bargain...
Enes, I've said it before and I'll say it again, you are a class act. Your video tours are unbelievable, and whoever does your editing is remarkable. I love the music you choose, the panning around the property. I enjoy your videos very much, Thank you for making them. May you have all the success in the world! Take Care.
I've been watching this home for a while and when it was sold, saw that it was getting redone. I thought it was amazing before, but now it is truly exquisite. I think this is the Perfect home. Yes, it is large, but completely livable. It is warm, inviting and then the location. One of the best surf breaks in CA right in your back yard. I used to surf there a lot...seen this home from the water and was always one of those "what if" homes. As in what if I won the lottery! LMAO. Enes and team, you do such a great job viewing and touring these homes...Thank you! Keep up the great work.
I built the first new home in this neighborhood back in 1989. Casa Pacifica was the only other residence for years. Used to walk my dog on this lot and check out the surf from the bluff. There was a beach in front of the railroad tracks that was 30-50 yards wide with beautiful white sand. We had an access gate right in front of the beach. You had to cross the railroad tracks to get to the beach but honestly that was no big deal. I lived there for 9 years and loved it! I like surfing Lowers but if Cotton Point was firing, that's where I would go. It can be as good as Lowers but it's fickle so unless you live there, it's easy to miss the magic days where it's perfect with almost no one out. But in 2024, unfortunately the beach at Cotton Point has been almost completely eroded away. The waves break right on the rocks supporting the railroad track. As far as I know the access gate to Trestles beach located about 100 feet north of this property is still functional but when you cross the railroad tracks you're in the water, so for most people it's useless. You can walk along side the railroad tracks and go under the trestle at Upper Trestles to get to a nice beach, but it's a scary walk if a train goes by. Cypress Shores allowed Cotten Point residents beach access but you have to go out the gated entrance to the neighborhood and around the corner which would be at least a 15 minute walk. Without direct access to a beach, this property is really compromised. There's direct ocean access, but not direct beach access. In the 90's it was amazing. Beach access aside, for the location I'd still say for a surfer this is a fabulous property!
Used to camp at San Onofre with cousin and his friends they surfed San Onofre, Trestles, we lived HB. I know the railroad tracks, it was scary. We used to go in the caves, it was super cool, that was in the 70’s. Nice house, there’s a lot of small spaces , for me I like large open areas, I guess it fits the outside architecture. With that ocean view I would want all large window pocket doors. Gorgeous property, thank you for the video.
I really liked this house, I also liked the dynamics of the video without many cuts. I like videos like this without cuts because the viewer doesn't get lost in the house.
This is such a beautiful property..The architectural structure and design of the home is stunning..the decor and interior...beautiful..the landscape breathtaking!!! An Absolutely beautiful property!!!💙💙🌊🌊🌳🌳🏡🏡💙💙

Wow! I was California dreaming until we went inside and it looked like an old folks home. I'd have to get rid of that furniture, add some art and build an unattached home theater. The landscape was terrific and your presentation, as always, excellent.

Absolutely stunning piece of land there. No property is perfect so of course there are things I'd change, but this one has a lot of things to love. Love the redesign and staging too. The update and new touches and finishes are almost exactly how id do that house if I were building today. Love your videos Enes, been watching for years. Keep them coming.
Enes,I have to say the current owners did a great job with the remodel- money well spent in my opinion. This house has become my favorite tour of them all. When I think of California coastal living this is what I imagine. While I love the houses you have shown in Malibu, Newport Beach, etc, this house has them all beat- between the 3 acres of land and the 450 foot beachfront. It is an amazing property. I am glad you spoke of the railroad tracks below the house, when I first saw them I was like uh oh when is he going to talk about that “elephant in the room”, and then you finally did. It wasn’t that big of a deal after your explanation. Fantastic tour!
*Anyone at all:* Says anything *Mr. Enes:* Absolutely. Jokes aside I've been watching your channel for just over 2 months now, and I'm addicted. Thank you for posting!
beautiful house, maybe one of the best. The exterior is hard to beat but what i love about the interior is it's decorated enough, not overwhelmed by many furnitures, i think the beams speak a lot for itself
This property definitely has a spectacular view. I like the Mediterranean rustic style. It has spacious grounds too. For the future owner/s they can still do some changes to their liking 'cause this is really a spacious property. I can say it has a lovely character, the view, the en suite bathrooms, the kitchens, the grounds and more...truly a stunning property. The videography and editing are topnotch. Thanks to you again Enes, your team, the listing agent and all the people involved in this property and video. Keep it up and God bless.
Enes did a wonderful job. I never been so entertained watching a house tour. I Do like the fact that as big as this house is, it still feels homely. With that being said and without saying too much, the house is is huge but yet feels so small. But with a few tweaks I'm sure a family would be able to enjoy this. Great video production and I love Enes presentation.
This Channel helps me for learning speak English I love listen to you Enes I watch these videos over and over and I can see amazing structures Thank you 😊🤍
I realize Mikey was just background but he was part of a Duo I hope they didn't fire him because dang. If you're going to replace somebody you have to work with it and have them have their own personality not just try to mimic or recapture the same thing with someone new unless it's Rick and Morty... actually I can totally tell the difference in their voices so I guess actually just bring the right people back every time. I still miss Mike Goldberg on the UFC commentary

I religiously watch your videos every single time. Your channel is the only one that keeps me engaged for the entire video. Thank you for the hard work and attention to detail in every project👏
Thank you! Your support means the world to us.
It gives vintage and modern vibes simultaneously and the land area , oh gosh
Glad you liked it!
Take Care.
Really appreciate it! Glad you like our videos!
Is it just me or does this literally look like a slice of heaven.
Big thanks to Enes for sharing this amazing work of art with us.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the tour!
Shout out to the cameraman for doing a terrific job filming and engaging in the conversation of this amazing video ❤️
Wow, what a history! Thanks for sharing.
Thank You Enes as usual, amazing video with stunning shots!
Thank you so much! Thrilled you enjoyed the shots.
This is such a beautiful property..The architectural structure and design of the home is stunning..the decor and interior...beautiful..the landscape breathtaking!!! An Absolutely beautiful property!!!💙💙🌊🌊🌳🌳🏡🏡💙💙
hello mr.enes, iam from India. I've been following your work for years thankyou so much for touring these amazing mansions for us.
Thank you so much for your support! Thrilled you enjoy the mansion tours!
You’re a wonderful host. Easy to follow your thoughts, very knowledgeable about the property. I truly enjoyed your show. This featured property is also exquisite.
WHY DOES ENES’S INTROS SEND CHILLS DOWN MY SPINE 🥶🔥🖤🤣
Amazing property. One of the best you’ve covered in my opinion. I’m particularly loving the English kitchen and the mafia style courtyard
Hello . I am from Iran and I always follow your videos with enthusiasm and save them in my mobile. Thank you and greetings to Mikey, I hope he is well
🇮🇷❤
Drinking game for the adjectives. Beautiful, spacious, light, texture, detailed, .... I know, that's the job.
Well done 🥂
Wow! I was California dreaming until we went inside and it looked like an old folks home. I'd have to get rid of that furniture, add some art and build an unattached home theater. The landscape was terrific and your presentation, as always, excellent.
Thanks! Appreciate your thoughts on the interior!
Wow! This is incredibly beautiful!!!❤❤❤ The Mediterranean style, the large curved windows, the landscape, the pool mosaic,….. So great! And I love that you got this 2nd possibility to shoot it and finally also release it. 👌🏻 Great job!🎉
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the details. More to come!
Yorumun, kameramanın işi, videonun kalitesi, sesler vs. her şey süper.
Ooooooh! THIS is 100% up my alley. What a stunning place!
Glad you liked it!
Best tour entrepreneur in the whole wild world. Enes Yilmazer, never disappoint, always take his time to figure out all details in his tour. I appreciate you Enes and May GOD continue to strengthen you and every of your camera man. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Once again, beautiful mansion and a beautiful tour with you Enes....
Yes! Enes 🙌
Thank you! Hope you enjoy!
So glad you love the redesign! Thanks for your support.
There are very few of these mansions that are truly worth the asking price, this is by far an exceptional property worth the full asking price
17:19 man i can't stop laughing at the position of that TV i mean come on 55 MIl and they can't even line up the TV right
its literally useless where it is lol just stick it above the fireplace at that point
Man I couldn't find it at first time I saw. the position is useless 🤣🤣🤣🤣
you arent allright are you?
It’s not that serious….
You can eat at table, as well as watch tv
Wow! The update is incredible! Especially in the kitchen and the outdoor pool 👏🏼👏🏼. Stunning house and property ♥️.
Glad you like the property!
Still on the market. It's been for over 3 years now.
Been for sale since 2016.
@@leftyswildkingdom2936 makes you wonder......WHATS WRONG WITH IT
@@SeanOfSeattle Maybe its the train tracks separating your from the beach which run directly in front of your property :-D
@@SeanOfSeattle Look at the proximity of the train tracks. No thank you!
It's most likely because it's less than 3 miles from the San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant.
This is probably my favorite of all. Absolutely Beautiful. Before the renovation, the house looked awesome too.
Great house! You always make my day Enes! 😊❤
Thank you! Hope you enjoy!
WOW, dont have words to describe its beauty🎉🎉🎉❤❤ Excellent video by you.
Thank you! Cheers!
this place is fantastic! another wonderful job done by enes and crew!
Appreciate the love! The team and I work hard to bring you the best!
Just when you thought it couldn't get any better. It got better. This is my dream home. lol
wow happy to hear that! glad you like the house!
I'm so poor I can't even dream this home
the houses just keep getting more expensive but they also just keeping getting better! keep up the awesome content Enes!
Always striving for the best. More amazing homes coming your way!

And Tom Ford’s book on the coffee tables too, pls🙏
No seriously couldn’t agree more.
Add Zaha Hadid too.
*Anyone at all:* Says anything
*Mr. Enes:* Absolutely.
Jokes aside I've been watching your channel for just over 2 months now, and I'm addicted. Thank you for posting!
Without a doubt 😅
New video! Thank you
Hope you enjoy it!
I luv your videos 🎉😂
beautiful house, maybe one of the best. The exterior is hard to beat but what i love about the interior is it's decorated enough, not overwhelmed by many furnitures, i think the beams speak a lot for itself
Enes is a Master at stating the obvious.
Awesome job enes drop a like for you .
Enes It's a pleasure watching your fantastic videos. You bring so much passion to your work and it absolutely comes through.
MIKEY!!!!! We miss you!!!!! 😢😢😢😢
You're weird
Full disclosure I don't watch every Rick and Morty episode they have done some really sacrilegious stuff and their later seasons
Honestly, I loved Mikey but Cody sounds better and more articulate.
I’ve been watching your videos for years & this house by far has to best backyard view I’ve seen on your channel
Glad you enjoyed it!
😢😢 We really miss Mikey. It's not the same without him 💔. Please bring him back.
Stop crying and grow up ppff 🤮
He is just not on camera. He is still making Moola with these videos.
This is a big and beautiful home.I like the furniture inside as we ll as the rustic beam designs, chef kitchen layout, wrought iron furniture outside. Lovely uninterrupted views of the ocean. This is insane👌❤️🏠it’s worth all the 💰,well thought out finishes. Thanks for the tour Enes.
