Congratulations on your new baby girl.
Thank you!! 😊
For 1.6M I would like double ovens and a faucet above the range.
Beautiful home!
It’s a beautiful house, that pantry is everything
Congratulations on the new baby! 🎉My granddaughter, Gracie (she loves watching with me,especially on the farm) has just found out she’s going to be a big sister. She’s an only child now. We don’t know if we’re welcoming a boy or girl yet. Maybe in a week or so. We will be raising baby on videos, I’m sure! 😂 Congratulate Jenn and the boys for us. We will be watching for updates! Nice house by the way!
There was a giant bathtub in the master ensuite. That was a lovely home with so many cool features. As for me personally, I'd have chosen a different finishes palette to something a little brighter. I am with you regarding the wainscotting in the master suite and bath. There is a lot of brown wood going on with the cabinetry, and that lower panel is too much. (plus, it just looks like stained plywood to me). I'd have painted it out to match the walls or eliminated it altogether.
Congratulations to you and Jen on your wonderful news! Baby girl here we come... bless you and your family.
Timothy?? This home is AWESOME!! I love the artistic nature of it!! The wood flooring and paneling is well made and well structured!! From the Upstairs to the Downstairs and from the Kitchen to the Bedrooms and Bathrooms are all very lovely!! Very big in size and very roomy!! This ranks up there with myself!! Thank You for sharing this with your viewers!!
Congratulations on the new addition to your family. Many blessings to you and your family. Love the home your showing.
Congratulations Timothy and Jenn for your exciting news! Love the home. The design, layout and decor is great.
Congrats on your expanding family! Love to see growing families!!!
Congratulations on your new baby girl! That's so exciting.
Congratulations on the new baby.
I absolutely really love the layout and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, floating shelves, fireplace on both the main floor and the basement area, back splash behind the stove, both decks, especially the one between the master bedroom and dining area, pantry which leads into the garage, wainscoting in the master bedroom and the tile surround in the shower. Also, I love the mud room area. You can have a whole other apartment in the basement. I do, however, love the stone accent walls behind the shelves in the basement. I really love the walk outs in the basement area. Congrats to you and Jenn on the new addition to come. ❤❤❤❤❤
O man i missed you. I was there a few days ago. Love this house. Congratulations to you and Jen on your new bundle of joy. Yay a baby girl❤️🩷🩷
The back-lit oynx used in the shelves are awesome touch! 💙
Good to see you back again and many blessings on the coming baby girl!
Congrats on the new baby and wow that house has a lot of space and potential in the basement.
The wood finishes are the BEST part! So tired of the same white kitchens that have been overdone. This is a beautiful break from same old tired design.
Congratulations to you and Jen! This home is very lovely. The kitchen and pantry is beautiful!!!!
These last few homes have been gorgeous but my favorite will forever be Diyanni Homes
lol yeah I love them too! I keep pestering them to build another one so we can tour it 😁
@@TimothyPLivingston I'm with you on that one Tim!! I hope they make some more too especially here in Ohio so I can make a day trip 😁
Mine too the Novarra hopefully I spelled it right is my dream home
Absolutely beautiful home. I love all the entry/ exit ways. I enjoyed your commentary.

Stunning home! Love the unusual loft layout and all the space! Thank you for sharing a variety of homes. Gives great ideas!
Congratulations to you and Jenn on your baby girl!!
Congratulations to you & Jen!! That home is beautiful and that fireplace is stunning 😍
Love it. I really like the kitchen and pantry. I'm with you on the wainscoting. Not really a fan of that. Thanks for another fun tour.😊
I thought it looked like plywood.
Congratulations on your first daughter:) I love this home. Maybe you’ll name her Rainier;)
Congratulations
Congrats on the future new addition.
Congratulations!! 🎉
Congratulations
Congrats on your new princess! Love the home tour as usual!
Tht home is beautiful & congrats on ur new addition to the family
Nothing compares to the infinity Homes! They're amazing!
I love the homes you are showing. 😍
So at Christmas time, I'd flip the sectional sofa around and ha e the opening facing the fire pace & Window. Then a Tree could go anywhere along the window. Cozy!
So happy to see you back!
I've missed you posting floor plans of the last couple of videos I've viewed. I realize you may not always have access to one, i just really like looking at them before you tour the house. Thanks.
Congratulations!👶
That's totally my dream home. Love it. Can't wait to build similar house like this one
Congrats to you and Jen! Love this house!

Congratulations on the baby girl!!!
Congratulations on the coming of little Timothea 🥳!
Thank you! 😊 now if only I could talk Jenn into letting me name her that lol 😉
What a HUGE Ceiling! Awesome House!
Adorable homes best interior design attractive outdoor
I'd love to see a few homes that were not open concept. Not everybody likes just having one huge room for entertaining.
I think most people love open concept, that is why builders keep making them. I love the openness.
Considering that open concept has been the main house being built for the past two decades. You will be hard pressed to find a builder who doesn't build that type of house these days tbh
I honestly can't remember the last time I saw a new build home that wasn't open concept. You just don't see walled off kitchens and living rooms these days.
@@Meela234 There are plenty of architectural plans available for more traditional builds. Sadly, builders tend to use them less in their model homes because, as I mentioned above, open concept is a cheaper build.
I love this layout. It's well thought out. From the garage and pantry access to the locations of the bedrooms. LOL I was looking to see if it was a range top or stove. You knew some of us were already looking beyond the island!😄 I like the island, too.Congrats on your new addition - a baby girl!
Thank you!😊
Finally, i've been waiting for your new videos thinking where have u been 😅
I was thinking that I got blocked for some reason 😂
I’d never do that lol
lol well that makes me feel good 😊 now we can get back to the regular schedule 😉
I love that the steps are carpeted. Beautiful!
Not feeling the plywood wainscoting in the primary suite. But this house overall is an absolutely gorgeous layout. The only thing I would change is have the laundry on the same side as the primary or a laundry set in the primary closet.
Congratulations on the baby girl. She will be well protected by her brothers.
Congrats on the big news! 🌸💓🌸
Congratulations to you all, x
Thank you Sally 😊
Congratulations on your baby girl! I like the home, but not the wall texture or the wood paneling. I also do not care much for the scratched up looking tile texture in the guest bathroom, but the size of that bathroom is great. In fact, all of the bathrooms are very good size.
I love how you slipped in the baby news. Great news!
Congratulations blessings ❤
I agree. The wood in the main bedroom looks cheap! You didn't say that. But, you were thinking it LOL
Congratulations on your baby girl.
That home is nice asf!!!!!
Congrats!!!
Thank you 😊
Congratulations!!! Such great news! Always remember that your relationship with your daughter will dictate all her future relationships with men and with herself. No pressure.
Definitely spacious and love the kitchen counters, BUT not so much the textured walls, the dark colors and that creepy bathroom you liked. 😳 Congrats on your girl 🤰🦋
THEY NEED A POT FILLER OVER THE STOVE,
Would love two ovens on the wall instead of one with microwave above it
❤ this house
That big of a house with 5/6 bedrooms and it has 1 oven? And that tiny azz fridge? Love wood and natural elements in modern house but not sure I’m a fan of that two tone shaker type wood in the kitchen and some bathrooms.
Beautiful house, but the decorating in the master bedroom actually detracted from the tour, what a missed opportunity! On a more positive note, congratulations on baby girl!
Hello Mr. Livingston, I am a new subscriber to your channel. I live in the UK, but I like looking at all the properties shown on YT. Can you tell me why in the States do most properties I have seen on your channel and others have no boundary fencing or walls, especially at the back of the properties. I have a new puppy and need to obviously keep her safe which is fine because my home has 6ft fencing all the way round the back garden. Not only that what about keeping young children safe. Do you have to put the fencing or build walls yourself if you purchase such a property. I would think for $1.7 million having boundary fencing/walls built would be standard. Another thing I noticed about this property was the state of the plastering on the walls. Looks as if the plasterer was in a hurry to finish and just slapped plaster on walls and did not smooth it out properly. Again for $1.7 million I would expect perfectly smooth plaster work. Maybe that kind of thing doesn't bother people in the US but in the UK, I think most people would expect better workmanship when paying such a sum of money for a property. Nice house other than the shoddy workmanship. Congratulations also to you and your wife on the lovely news that you are going to have a beautiful little baby daughter later this year. I hope all goes well. Take care.
House cute
I love the floor plan. I don't like the mix of modern and rustic. A farmhouse decor might fit better
In the main ensuite bedroom the bathroom had a shower separate from the bathtub.
Congratulations about yall expecting a baby girl 🎀
Thank you Beverly ☺️
You’re very welcome!
Congrats on the new girl coming soon ! What, no tornado saferoom ? Didn't like the master bedroom wainscoting.
Thank you! Yeah I agree need tornado safe zone lol that’s scare the crap outta me!
Does anyone else notice the wall damage above the light switch next to the first door he went out on the sundeck. Around the 9:04 mark.
Congrats on the new baby! The only thing missing from this house is a pot filler.
Thank you!😊 exactly a kitchen so nice definitely needs one!
There's a stand alone tub in the Master Bdrm.
And yes I agree. The master bed plywood trim. It’s a no from me Dawg
Congratulations to you & your wife on the blessing of your 4th child and first daughter. It’s a beautiful home, but if I’m being honest, that wood wainscoting in the primary bedroom and en-suite bathroom, ruins it for me. It just looks like an afterthought like “Hey, you know what would look cool?” I wish someone would’ve told the developer to leave it out.
That house is insane! Don't get me wrong, I would love to live there but not clean it! I feel like it is a bit overdone!!
Congratulations on your new little one. Finally a girl! 🙂
Right!! lol thank you!
Wainscoting looks like stained plywood. Other things missing, second oven in kitchen, fridge with cabinet front and outdoor kitchen on upper deck. Also, too much carpet.
My studio
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻♥️♥️♥️
I'm not a fan of the plywood looking border in the master. I would have rather have seen that moody design in the bedroom more than a pantry where i need to be able to see. 😅
Lovely but any home at this price point should have an elevator. I don’t like having the children’s rooms downstairs with access to outside so I would prefer the upper and lower floors be reversed.
I don’t like the Wayne’s coating In the master bedroom it looks like plywood. For a house that is priced over a million dollars it looks cheep.
Can someone explain to me why Americans walk around in their house with their outside shoes on?
Not a fan of all the wood.
Congratulations on your baby girl. Too much wood in this house. Wood floors, wood on the walls, ceiling, cabinets and that combined with the dark moody paint and dark granite, it’s too much. One last thing, when did the word “either” replace “both?” Did I miss something? “Built-ins on either side of the fireplace…”
Thank you 😊
I'm sorry but there are areas of this house that are just plain UGLY. The finishes, dark paint colors, and that completely ugly, cheap, veneer-looking wainscoting in the master bedroom....IT'S HORRIBLE!!!! For $1.7 million there are so many other homes built with better materials and design choices! The best part is the outside!!
