The glass type on the front door is referred to as Pavia or Satin or Frosted depending on who makes it. I design custom glass for a living…that’s how I learned it.
Now this was a fun video, Tim! Very cool house. I love the yard. I would just keep those doors open for the kitchen sink. No big deal to me. I love decorating kitchens!
Entry door and stairs after entering the home reminds me of a commercial building. This home while having some Cool and unique features just didn't grab me one bit.
It's just missing a Doggie bath set up. Love it though. I'd put more fireplaces in it though and out on by the outdoor kitchen/grill area. BEAUTIFUL Home ❤❤❤
Love everything about this house, there is a question regarding peoples voices in the main hallway, echoing throughout the home. I’ve seen this in many homes in the past, but otherwise I love the house. Kitchen is great. Everything is great about it.
What is with all of these clear glass showers? Frosted is so much better as it will hide water spots and won't need to be cleaned every time you use it.
The pull down rods, can you demonstrate those? Never seen them before but you’ve pointed them out in two videos I’ve seen. How do they work? I don’t like the rocks under the tub. It looks cool but how would you clean that?
Yes I was very surprised by the kitchen pantry!! This house is awesome, although I expected more from the primary bedroom besides the floating bathtub. Great job showing it Tim!!
The rocks below the cool floating tub in the master bathroom would be a nightmare to keep clean with all the dust, hair and towel lint that you always have in a bathroom.
I was thinking the same thing. The rocks are one thing, they will even covered with dust. Then you add water and you get mud and potentially mildew & mold. Maybe I’m too practical. I currently have a house keeper and I’d have a hard time asking her to clean that.
Not only that but I can just imagine someone being in the tub and the metal that it’s mounted with gives way. And you’d have to be a pretty small person to actually fit in it. Nice thank you.
Like this modern house!! Love the kitchen!! The sink is pretty cool!! Different!! Love the way that it's made, like a Victorian Style Home! EXTRA LARGE IN SIZE!! Really Impressive To Just Look At!! What A Masterpiece!! You OUTDID YOURSELF AGAIN!! Thank You!!
This home offered everything but an elevator. It was gorgeous and the layout was perfect. I loved the touches of wood throughout the home. It warmed the spaces while maintaining the modern design. The designers were amazing. They sprinkled unique features that were original and unlike any we have seen. Great find.... Thank you for the video!
I love this home this home is enourmes love the kitchen znd the flting tub its amazing love the primary and love the basemsbd what a amazing enourmes home this is thank you for showing us this amazing home Take care and god bless Best regards anja
Office needs to be near the front door for business meetings without walking through the family home. All the dazzle features take focus away from the actual living space and few bedrooms.
Why do people put automatic lights in en suites? Someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night or a pet walks by and the bedroom gets flooded with spillover light.
$4 million and, what did you say, 10,000 square feet? Yet, the secondary bedrooms all have to share Jack and Jill bathrooms? I hope this house, with all its water features was not built in an area plagued by droughts. Why have an animal if it is confined to a kennel in the garage at night (where all the gasoline fumes live). And then a kennel run with high walls so the dogs cannot see anything? It doesn’t feel like the animals are allowed in the house. If you have a living pet, it needs to be treated like all members of the family. Not like a prisoner in solitary confinement. Sorry Tim, it has impressive features. I suspect it was built for the sole purpose of showing off their money and living completely separate lives from each other. Even the children have two glassed-in cages to play in. I cannot imagine there will be toys scattered throughout the house. How sad is that? Several of the other million dollar plus homes you have shown us felt designed for families to live, love and share time together. This house makes me pity the home’s occupants.
I'm sorry but that bath tub is just gross because you will have all the dirt from your body, soap scum, and many bacterias stuck on the rocks and on the tile under them. You'd have to remove the rocks and clean them individually after every bath if you wanna keep that area clean. Visually appealing, but zero for practicality.
Wow, wow, wow!! This home is gorgeous! I love all the huge windows, the kitchen, floating tub, waterfall, pool...and on and on. The only thing I do not like is the floating stairs...they would give me creeps. And why do they build these enormous homes so close to others?? Lottery? Then figure how to keep up this huge home
The bathtub looks like artwork, but not actually comfortable! Entering and exiting would be difficult and sitting in it would be awkward with the walls! 🤷♀️
The Master Bathroom, looks like the Vanity Mirror has 3 toggle buttons on it. Our Business Jet Models have similar switches that work the TV and internet access that can be shown on the mirror. Wondering what these do.
I really love this home, but I don't like the sink in the kitchen. Seems a little cramped or something. Also the dishwashers, not sure how I feel about them. It's a beautiful home though❤
Latest ones are 98 minutes to wash and dry. That is faster than my individual units and you don't have to remember to move the wash from the washer to the dryer. I get side tracked and don't always hear when my washer dings to let me know it is done.
10,000 sf and they couldn't find a place for both a washer and dryer in the master closet. FWIW, those all-in-one units are horrible. One complete wash/dry cycle takes forever and you can't start a new load of wash until it completes the dry.
Too much home for me but it's beautiful! I didn't like the floating tub but the rest of that bathroom was lovely. I felt the hidden sink in the kitchen was unnecessary. Liked both jack-n-jill bathrooms. I laso like the height and designs of the ceilings.
MEH. $4 Mil and no Guest Coat Closet. You have folks in there to fill all those Bedrooms and having a good size party and, again, no Guest Coat Closet. MANY have voiced what I too think of that Master Tub, a filthy mess to keep up with and too small. I can imagine my cats using it as a litter box under it. I just can't imagine it being sanitary over time, not just dirty, but things growing in there. The Kitchen was batting 100 until that hidden sink. Hate those stairs and this place for $4 Mil should be sporting an Elevator. The rest is okay, some wasted floor space in the Basement but that could be easily rectified. Actually, thinking about it more, that theatre area is lacking seating for such a huge home.
The tub in the master would have to go. It’s too small for anyone in my family and most of us aren’t even 6ft tall. And I wouldn’t trust that the metal hold the basin up wouldn’t give way. The kitchen however would be my dream kitchen.
The is spacious and beautiful.. But you must gotta work for the government and CIA to afford this home... Don't like the master bathtub 😔. You would think Master closet would be bigger than that.
Ceiling beams are really bad Feng Shui, the energy they give separates and divides the people beneath them 😬 plus they feel heavy and oppressive. I don’t care if they’re trendy, no thanks!
OMG!!! I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it all. My most favorite part is the tub in the master bathroom. I just love everything about this place, I MEAN EVERYTHING! That bamboo accents, I'm guessing, are in style right now.❤❤❤❤❤
it just BLOWS MY MIND that designers in AMERICA have NO clue whatsoever about noise / ambience / and privacy. Just ONE little sit & conversation , or a simple kitchen cleaning (dishes) already completely eliminate that first "master bedroom", and eliminates the vast core of the house. NOPE..... NOPE ... NOPE...
Timothy longtime watcher here I think u may want to hire a camera man or something your starting to not do the best job touring recording the houses idk maybe its me dontt want to offend or anything
The kitchen design is absolutely horrid. It would require walking back and forth between the "kitchen" and the pantry a zillion times. Need somethig in the freezer, back to the pantry, need more room for dirty dishes, back to the pantry, need to load the dishwasher, many trips to the pantry. Then there are the pet accommodations. Does the garage have heat and air? If not the dog could not stay out there in any really hot or cold weather. The dog "run" is too small for a large dog and any small dogs would be through or under the fence in a flash. Yes, the home has many interesting features but is it really livable. The bedrooms were all a nice size. I like the indoor pool, is it one of those pools that allows you to swim against a current so you can swim laps? Theres a name for them but its gone wandering off with the fairies. Oh, I forgot, one of my, apparently many, pet peeves, the microwaves for little ppl. Okay, I guess I'm done. Thanks for the tour and braving the scary stairs. Heights don't bother me and I don't like those stairs. Have a good day. 😊😊😊
Too much of a gap beneath the gates in the "Pet run" And the gates have toi much of a gap. Only good for a large dog. Mine could go both under and inbetween the gate bars .
This house has some cool features, but I would prefer less house and more space between the neighbors!! You are practically on top of each other, as the houses are so close together! A house this size needs a larger lot, or a smaller house to give you some privacy! Who needs 10k square feet and 7 bedrooms! I do not like the kitchen with the freezer in the pantry and not next to the fridge, where do you get ice for the drink you pulled out of the fridge. The sink is too far from the range, and where would the dishes be stored, by the sink to put them away easier, but not near the range if you want to plate something you are cooking. As someone else said - the dog kennels in the garage??? - aren't they part of the family and shouldn't be locked away far from everyone else! I would want a pool large enough to swim laps, not that dinky thing. Even if I had the money, I would not buy this house. I do appreciate you showing this house, so we can file it under examples of stupid rich people!
You would have window cleaners. With a cost of $4 million you also will need maintenance on the pool, hot tub, etc. It’s costly so you would have to have the income to allow for all these things. For the tub in the master, I would have the water drain into the shower.
Unique for sure. I hope the owners enjoy it!
Those rocks under that floating tub are going to be a nightmare to keep looking fresh over time.
Area around the kitchen sink to small other than that best home I seen so far, and by far
Automatic blinds would be a great option, sure the builder could accommodate!🤑💯💙 awesome home! Sauna?
Unique, but very shallow and would prefer a big oval garden tub.
Ok, this is the one! Now all I have to do is find someone to be my benefactor. 😎
Add a master suite upstairs, and this house would be a perfect multigenerational home. 🧡
Gorgeous home! Great video
Entry door and stairs after entering the home reminds me of a commercial building. This home while having some Cool and unique features just didn't grab me one bit.
Tub is cool, but doesn't seem practical to me. Would prefer regular stand alone tub.
Yeah , I would change out the bathtub and also change out of the rooms with the glass wall into a small library.
It's just missing a Doggie bath set up. Love it though. I'd put more fireplaces in it though and out on by the outdoor kitchen/grill area. BEAUTIFUL Home ❤❤❤
A dream home that keeps giving!
Thinking a 4 million dollar home would have a grand staircase and this one doesn’t.
I can dream about it!! ❤
Beautiful
The pull down rods, can you demonstrate those? Never seen them before but you’ve pointed them out in two videos I’ve seen. How do they work? I don’t like the rocks under the tub. It looks cool but how would you clean that?

Yes love the home so much space ❤❤❤❤
I have seen indoor pool but never get tired of them. Thanks, Timothy.
I love it 🎉 all except the floating tub my concern would be mold
C'est vraiment une maison magnifique 👍👍
Gorgeous except I don't like the kitchen sink, too impractical.
You won't even remember it's there!

That is my dream home...I mean, I could be with a little bit less square footage, but since it comes with it, I wouldn't mind it hahahaha....
Wow....that is all i can say...WOW
I love it all
The rocks below the cool floating tub in the master bathroom would be a nightmare to keep clean with all the dust, hair and towel lint that you always have in a bathroom.
That’s what the maid is for!
Best home I've seen so far.
The basket ball court would be my media room forget that basketball garbage. With a 250 inch LED media wall.
I said the same thing! That would definitely be the movie theater!!
Not too sure about that bathtub w/ the rocks around it. Are you supposed to clean the rocks? 😕
I just know a cat would pee in those 😂
I was thinking the same thing. The rocks are one thing, they will even covered with dust. Then you add water and you get mud and potentially mildew & mold. Maybe I’m too practical. I currently have a house keeper and I’d have a hard time asking her to clean that.

That’s what I was thinking also. I’m not cleaning one rock at a time lol

I have never liked Modern Homes before this one, this Home is AMAZING! Oh to be able to have and live in something like that!
Don’t like the kitchen sink behind the doors.
The kitchen sink behind the doors is mostly would be used for a cappuccino machine because there is another kitchen to do the dishes in the back.
I’m loving it I mean everything about it especially tht tub and the kitchen with the hidden sink
It's a good home to put that extra pocket change on the dresser to work!
I love this home this home is enourmes love the kitchen znd the flting tub its amazing love the primary and love the basemsbd what a amazing enourmes home this is thank you for showing us this amazing home Take care and god bless Best regards anja
Wow Absolutely Beautiful Home 🥰
Me at the pool be like: CANNINBALL
Office needs to be near the front door for business meetings without walking through the family home. All the dazzle features take focus away from the actual living space and few bedrooms.
This is definitely meant to be a party house or meant for lots of entertaining and showing off.
The sink in the pantry makes me feel better about the sink in the kitchen. We need our elbow room at the sink.
true. I would not even bother with the kitchen sink and just use the pantry one.
@@thekirksiffs5285 Since the dishwashers are in the pantry, they probably will have a housekeeper or someone to do the dishes.
An incredibly beautiful and modern house. Everything is thought out for convenience and comfort. Great design.
Why do most of the houses' front doors are placed more inside? This is such a weird placement of the front door.
Absolutely gorgeous 👍👍
Omggggggg amazing!!!!
Why do people put automatic lights in en suites? Someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night or a pet walks by and the bedroom gets flooded with spillover light.
Love everything but not sure how I feel about the floating tub.
Well, you can swap it for the floating space ship tub! It's really out of this world!
$4 million and, what did you say, 10,000 square feet? Yet, the secondary bedrooms all have to share Jack and Jill bathrooms? I hope this house, with all its water features was not built in an area plagued by droughts.

That sink with doors is bizarre. Why?
squatting down to use a microwave is crazy work.
House is dope! Basement pool lit, awesome tour Tim !
Love absolutely everything in this home...❤
A home that large should not be that close to another home.
ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING! I WANT IT! YOU DID AN AWESOME JOB
Where this mansion house located?
A hanging tub isn't needed. A sauna spa would be much better.
It has a few nice features but it looks like an office building.
I'm sorry but that bath tub is just gross because you will have all the dirt from your body, soap scum, and many bacterias stuck on the rocks and on the tile under them. IS this modular?
No we stopped touring modular a couple years ago. Everything now is custom site built
