Very lovely home! And your home decor staging is beautiful! It's amazing how just the right touches to an interior design can make a home look so bright, spacious and inviting! Give your staging person a raise, cause they did a great job!
Walking into your home & boom your dining room is right there is a pain - trust me I know my current home is this way. Most of these homes don’t have a designated entry - no solid wall. Pony walls don’t cut it either. I understand space is limited but something can be designed. This home is beautiful & you can see the quality. Thanks for sharing.
Love this! My husband and I toured the original Sparta and liked it. This is so much better and makes so much sense! We love to watch your videos and home to come out again once our land is finalized!
This house is near perfection as is! Something I wouldn't mind seeing are samples of finishes you can incorporate with your custom build (flooring, tile, cabinet colors, exterior stone, etc.)
I have seen your newest Model. I Really like the Home, but Their would be some Changes if I was going Purchase this one. First I would have the Microwave over the Stove. #2. On the Outside Porch, would have Iron Fenced Railings all the way around of the Front Porch. #3. Add an Office Den. #4. Add a Electric Fireplace, instead of Gas. #5. Add a Oversized Garage. #6. Put in a Back Patio. #7. Add a Closed in Shower in the Master bathroom. But Over all It's an Extremely Nice Home 😊!
Love this open concept!!! I’ve toured twice now I was able to see this model in its completed state. I’m so torn between this model because of its airy feel, the greenbrier’s bottom floor layout, and the Arlington because it has the number of rooms. I would love to see a model that’s airy like this but with another room and bathroom.
My husband and I just had them add a bedroom for us in this Sparta. They have the sparten which has another room but the price was steep. Adding the extra bedroom and numerous upgrades we were pleased with the price.
I would have LVP flooring throughout the home. Minus that column in the kitchen. Love the ship lap in the living room, minus the fireplace. Remove the over head shower in the master bathroom. Put a shower door where U would pull open instead. But love it😍❤️
I know with all the modular price differences. But it would be great to pick a price to give an idea if it’s financially worth the time to look into. Either “as it sits”. A “range” bare bones to fulling stocked with mods. But I appreciate the info. Very helpful. Thank you!
@@carolinacustomhomes awesome. Thank you for the response. My wife and I have been watching the videos while deciding on if we’re building or find a already standing house. Thanks again.
What's with those stupidctubs in the master bathroom? Waste of space! Is carpeting standard in the bedrooms I hate it. Pets. Not crazy about walking in and the dining room right there

I could actually put a full on wall if that's what you want.
This is the prettiest modular I have ever seen! The new modified Sparta plan makes total sense and is a perfect use of the space available.
We love it!
Beautiful home! I liked the way you showed the difference between the two plans - yet the same model. Loved the front porch too.
thank you!

I appreciate the feedback. I can do a tour of the "finishes" room next
You could put a long transom window over the master bath sink for more light and still keep the full-size windows in the closet.
Yes, that would work!
Another absolutely stunning home 🏡 love it 🥰
Nice home ....like the living space with double door
Beautiful home!!!❤😊
This is the best floor plan.
@@LindaCatchings classic plan!

Beautiful home 🏡 💕
Would have to be a 4th bedroom. Very nice home.

Did they give you a range of pricing?
@@Freedomtospeak1 yes they did. I can not remember the exact but I believe at the time it was about $120 per sqft
@@thewillards3026 did you all go with a garage option as well? Would you be willing to share your design that was constructed?
@@michellemcdaniel327 No ma’am. We went with another bedroom. I can see if I can!! Give me a bit.

all of those things are possible!
Love this floor plan ☺️🥰🤩💝❤
its great
I builded and set this kind of homes for 15years. At H.C.H we are looking to buy one of yalls home in or less than 2years.

something like this would range from high 200's to low 300's

Is it possible to add a flex room in the plan?
it is, look at the sparden plan
Where is the toilet in the master bath?
in a private water closet
can this house be build in Wva and is it pre fab or stick b
Do you have an example of the standard siding and lap for the Sparta 1
I am going to do a video on just finishes like that very soon, that will help you a lot
What is the price range for this home
high twos maybe low threes
Price 💲?
Low to mid 300k range for something like you are seeing.
I am not fond of entering a home into the dining room. Other than that I love the layout of this home.
most plans have the dining off the back and living area off the front
You
didn’t show the back and sides from the outside….it would be nice to see those views
Okay, I will try and do that from now on
I love it. But loose the carpet
easy
How much as is ?
high 200's
@@carolinacustomhomes thank you 🙏
it'd be cool if it had vaulted ceilings

you can pay extra for flooring throughout. there are other plans and options with the dining off the back
