Ingredients
(6 Buns)
(A) Pumpkin Puree:-
1. 300g Pumpkin (without peel)
2. 1 tsp Sugar (if prefer sweeter, can add more sugar)
3. 8g ( 1/2 tbsp ) Butter
(B) Yeast mixture:-
1. 90g (90ml) Warm milk
2. 5g ( 1 tsp ) Caster sugar
3. 4g ( 1 1/2 tsp ) Instant dried yeast
(C) Bread dough:-
1. 235g ( 1 1/2 cup + 2 tbsps ) Bread flour
2. 25g ( 2 tbsps ) Caster sugar
3. 2g ( 1/2 tsp ) Salt
4. 12g ( 1 1/2 tbsps ) Milk powder
5. 40g ( 2 tbsps ) Pumpkin puree
6. 1 Egg
7. 20g ( 2 tbsps ) Soften butter
(D)
1. 20g ( 2 1/2 tbsps ) Chopped walnut
Bake in a preheated 160°C ~ 180°C oven for 10 ~ 12 minutes.
Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly. Хобби

Hello Kimiya, I tried 1 and 1/2 cups of flour with the 1 1/2 tsp of yeast seem too much. The bread turned out super yeasty. Any suggestion? Thanks

Hi Kimya, if I want to make 12 buns, all the ingredients will be double right?
If you want the same size of buns like in the video yes, but you could also make twice smaller buns with the same amount of ingredients as well

I watched a few times before I decided to give it a try.. now I am waiting for it to double in size, wondering why do you need to let the dough rest for 10 mins (after you spread the walnut & cut into 8 servings?)

Hi Jac yue, you may have a view of my another video which is very soft steam bun call "Soft delicious chicken & egg Chinese steam bun". In this steam bun, not easy to get bao flour in some country, then you may substitute with all purpose flour.😊😊..
