Ingredients
(9 Buns)
(A) 50ml Fresh Spinach juices:-
1. 40g Spinach (7~8 leaves)
2. 2 tbsps Water
(B) Yeast mixture:-
1. 40ml Warm milk
2. 5g ( 1 tsp ) Caster sugar
3. 4g ( 1 1/2 tsp ) Instant dried yeast
(C) Bread dough:-
1. 220g ( 1+1/2 cup ) Bread flour
2. 20g ( 1+1/2 tbsp ) Caster sugar
3. 3g ( 1/2 tsp full ) Salt
4. 15g ( 1 1/2 tbsps full ) Milk powder
5. 1 Egg
6. 20g ( 2 tbsps ) Soften butter
(D)
1. 1 slice Grated Cheddar cheese
2. Some Parmesan cheese powder (more or less adjust according to your choice)
Bake in a preheated 160°C ~ 180°C oven for 12 ~ 15 minutes.
Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly. Хобби

Hi, Kimmy, I m fr Sg where weather is v hot. My buns hv rather coarse texture n I learnt that it’s because the temp of my dough is high. I see that u r using warm milk n yet your buns look so soft n fluffy. Can u help me understand how u achieved that please? Many thanks!
Hi Yun, if you reduce yeast to 3g, with lesser yeast the process of fermentation is much slower, dough rise slowly, texture of bread is finer, but take longer time. Hope this tip will help you, happy baking always 😊😊.

Is that one and a half cup of bread flour? Also 40 ml of warm milk is how much is in a cup? If I don't have stand mixer, it's ok for hands?

Hi Lychee, yes it is one & a half cup of bread flour, 40ml warm milk = 1/8cup + 1tbsp ( or 3 & 1/2 tbsps), yes definitely ok with hand kneading. Happy baking :).
@@KimiyaLim is 1 tbsp ( or 3 & 1/2 tbsp) is the later add for flour when it is not sticky,right?
@@KimiyaLim try now but the liquid is not enough for the flour, how came ur fit perfectly for it? Both of ur buns I try the liquid not fit them I has to add a bit for it. Do u any more for it or just only what u show us in the clip.
Hi Lychee, 40ml is 1/8cup & 1tbsp, or you measure 3 and half tablespoons, all the liquid I added is exactly showed in my video clip, no extra adding. 40ml warm milk, 50ml spinach fresh juice & 1 egg to mix with the 220g flour, after mixing 20g ~25g soften butter add in, the dough will become like what is showing in my video, no doubt, this is always my soft bread made at home for family.
Lychee, if you don't mind can you describe to me your process of the bread making? Let us check which part has gone wrong.
