Pumpkin Bread Loaf 南瓜麵包｜Apron
高筋面粉 bread flour 300g / 2,1/8cup
细砂糖 caster sugar 30g / 1/8cup
鹽 salt 1/2tsp
南瓜泥 pumpkin puree 140g / 1/2cup
鲜奶 fresh milk 100ml+-
即溶酵母 instant yeast 1tsp
無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 30g / 1/8cup
南瓜籽 pumpkin seed
軟化奶油 soften butter
长模 Pan size 22cm x 6cm x 10cm 2
摄氏180 / 华氏356 烘烤 15-17分钟
Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 15-17minutes
