3 1/4 c. apf, 3/4 t. salt, 2 t gr. Cinnamon, 1/4 t. allspice, 3 t. baking powder, 1/2 t. baking soda, 1/2 t. nutmeg, 15 oz. can pumpkin 1c. dark brown sugar, 1c. white sugar, 4 L. eggs, 12 T. melted butter, 1/2 c. buttermilk.

I don’t think 3/4 of a teaspoon of salt is a lot given the fact that it makes two regular size loaves of pumpkin bread.
