鲜奶 fresh milk 70ml+-
即溶酵母 instant yeast 1tsp
無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 20g / 1,1/2Tbsp

南瓜泥 pumpkin puree 200g / 2/3cup
無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 20g / 1,1/2Tbsp
细砂糖 caster sugar 15g / 2Tbsp
棉綫 cotton thread 100cm x 8
摄氏170 / 华氏340 烘烤 15-17分钟
Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 15-17 minutes

I tried it! They are yummy. My dough was way too wet, so I ended up adding more flour like 4 tablespoons and tiny bit more yeast. It came out nice! It is really hard to take out the strings because the dough raise again and grow over the strings. Thank you!

You should use Pie pumkin. It's made to be sweet. But you could just use any pumpkin.
