Ingredients
(5 Buns)
(A) Yeast mixture:-
1. 90ml Warm milk
2. 5g ( 1 tsp ) Caster sugar
3. 4g ( 1 1/2 tsp ) Instant dried yeast
(B) Dough:-
1. 220g ( 1 1/2 cup ) Bread flour
2. 30g ( 2 tbsps ) Caster sugar
3. 2g ( 1/2 tsp ) Salt
4. 1 Egg
5. 25g ( 2 tbsps full ) Soften butter
(C) Topping:-
1. 80g ( 1/2 + 1/4 cup ) Mozzarella cheese
2. Brown sugar (more or less at your prefer)
Bake in a preheated 165°C ~ 185°C oven for 10 ~ 12 minutes.
Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly. Хобби

I see this comment was a year ago, I just want to say I make bread at home and I don't have a mixer and I don't plan to get one because my kitchen is too small. All my recipes come out perfect kneading by hand. So you can make any bread without a machine.

Hi Lolibeth, sorry for the late reply, yes after 20 mins allowing the water fully absorbed by flour, then add in butter. the bread will be softer.

Is bread flour is different from the plain flour
Hi Sumera, sorry for the late reply, bread flour is high protein flour which contain more protein than the plain flour/ all purpose flour, more protein help gluten development better, and rise higher in dough, so the bread texture is slightly different from plain flour, plain flour bread might be slightly dense when bread is cooled.
Can we mix protein powder to all purpose flour to make it bread flour

What is bread flour
Hi Hira Bashir, bread flour has more protein content than all-purpose, which helps with gluten development.Protein adds strength to dough and enables loaves of bread to rise high. but you'll still can get a good rise with all-purpose flour, the resulting bread will be slightly dense without a lot of "spring" in the texture.
