It's time that ALL tradesmen take on the responsibility of reporting things that need to get fixed. Too many are of the mentality of, "Don't worry. The next guy will fix it."

I work for a pest control company and I tell people about problems I find all the time. Today it was just reporting a black widow I smashed. Other times it has been broken pipes, disconnected HVAC, insulation issues, and crazy wire situations. We end up fixing lots of stuff for people that has nothing to do with pest control.

Jimmy and Dave are EXPERTS/MASTERS in this industry! Wow. They Blow my mind because they're so good.
I truly wish y'all were closer to Maine. I have Family that have been chased out of their home from Rats, first it was the electrical then the plumbing, heat and water. They lost all their outlets, then water wouldn't work and then the Plumbing stopped working.
Then they moved into a new home just a couple of Lots over and they are experiencing the same thing again. 😢 I'm trying to learn all that I can to help them. We don't have Pest control in this area (rural) Plus the costs are just not affordable at all. So, I'm hoping that I can help them solve/fix the issue with exclusion work that I'm learning from you guys!
Thank you so much Twins ❤❤

@@TwinHomeExperts Thank you for that Jimmy or Dave. So, they don't have their sewer system in until the spring, they've been having to use an outhouse and shower next door. So, I'm guessing maybe not sewer rats (?) But I was going to have the husband take the skirting off the trailer and look for points of entry. They are definitely in the walls, scratching and you can hear them super loud. I recorded them at 230-3 in the morning. Also, we blocked the hole they made that came from underneath the trailer but it was right near the cat and dog food bowls. Anything else that I can look for as far as points of entry into the walls? They seem like pretty aggressive rats..
They put 10s of thousands into the new place and I feel so bad that they have to go through this AGAIN 😭 I'm afraid for then to lose another place and End up having to spend more on another lot and trailer.

I work for a pest control company and I spend a lot of time in crawl spaces. That was definitely a tight one. Here in VA we put poly on the ground a lot to help keep moisture down, and I hate it when it's tight like that. And especially when there are a bunch of piers and wires and pipes to work around. We find critters too...

I don't have Rats, I have MICE! Mice that Love to Hangout under the Floor of my camper. Between the Floor and the Aluminum Sheeting in the Framing and do this thing with their Feet that makes them Sound Like Woodpeckers... Day Or Night. LOUD!
So I had to find a Video here on Yewtoob ( spelt purposely like this ) that had Woodpeckers making their sounds and long enough and at random intervals to Match the Sound of the Mice... PROBLEM IS, the Woodpecker Sounds are coming from my Speakers near my Bed and the Mice are in Random Locations.. I can Tell the Difference.. ONLY thing that seems to help is, the Woodpecker Video also includes the Call/Chirp/Caw of the Woodpecker and it seems the Mice Hate the more...
I have set out "Food" for them of Cornmeal, Backing Soda, Sugar and they Ignore them. Also of Peanut Butter and Baking Soda and they Ignore that also. Hundred of Channels say to do this because the Backing Soda will make the "Blow Up" because they Can Not Burp/Fart.. Glue Pad are WAY Less effective in Winter and are too Fast for the traps to catch them..
Dual Tone Ultrasound is a PHUCKING Joke! They Sit on it and Eat..
