Dynamic Duo! Love these guys. Had 3 pest control companies come and misdiagnose my issue & even 1 treat me like I was a crazy person when I mentioned the scratching I heard sounded like something other than a rat. But that lead me to these lovely gentlemen who sent their affiliate company out. And using their provem methods and they found 2 raccoons traveling from my attic into my bedroom wall the first day. This was after 9 months of runaround from other companies & thousands of dollars waisted. All in all, GOD BLESS TWIN HOME EXPERTS/REPAIRS!!!

Speaking of shopping on your site, we got a 2pack package, used one w/the Victor traps, and whaddah u know, it broke on the first tripping of it, right at the front. Im glad that it caught the big one ive seen recently, but for the price, it shouldnt be breaking with one use. What can be done about this?

Hey guys, I love the videos, and you two are brilliant. I love the rat dance I watch every night. I'm from England I have been watching since I found out I have a large rat issue in the loft of my house hear them in walls and loft every day found a entrance hole they have used have you got any tips much appreciaten and love keep up the fantastic work
Can you set wi fi cameras up? Looks like they can be coming from the sewer system if you continue to hear them especially after you sealed up that hole.
Set traps now that you may have found the entry points, if they hit the traps within 48 to 72 hours, then you more then likely solved it. If not start focusing on sewer system and install a rodent blocking device, this will solve it.

@TwinHomeExperts thank you for the reply 🙏 and I have located the entry hole and tried some of your video tips and tricks and have tried to clean and cover the best I can for now they have chewed through the floor and you can hear them in kitchen wall making their way up to loft manged to take photos of the rat droppings and found mutiepul rat nests in the loft as well as rat runs but unfortunately the landlady is Denying any Knowledge and told me it's just birds even though we have seen them 😀 so on my own with with this one guys thank you for your tips and cheering me up with your videos.

I guess if you ever needed to you could run an extension cord to the camera to plug in a cell phone to keep it charged and leave it on silent this way you could use the data on the cell phone as a way of connecting to the cameras to the internet. Just leave the phone there for the duration of the monitoring. 👍

I live in Ohio, even if I didn’t I could never afford a service like this. I live in a house that’s broke up into three apartments. Outside of poison my landlord does nothing else. There are so many mice that it sounds like rain when they scatter at night. I haven’t slept more than 2 or 3 hours every night in the past year. My health is quickly deteriorating because of it. I can no longer have my grandchildren over and they are my life. . I have tried trapping. I don’t keep food in my cabinets , I do my dishes every night and keep the floor spotless but I have no control over the other two apartments. No husband to help. I don’t have enough money to move. I have given up.

Don't give up! Don't take no for an answer. Be persistent but respectful until your landlord does something about it. The mice must be entering into the house through a hole in the wall or something, so maybe you can solve it yourself?

Twins on the no internet, keep extra routers with you and you’d just plug into her router and use your router to hook to the wyze cameras! I beat if you asked a wireless company they’d give you a wireless cell router and service for a plug!

13:55 If a person doesn't know their password, then it's most likely the default password that's on their router.
They also might be able to share their WiFi password from their phone.
WiFi settings -> Click the WiFi cog-wheel (Or whatever else to see the network details -> Share the WiFi connection via link or QR code.
If you have a windows laptop, you can connect it to their network, then open the command prompt to get their password (You'll have to google that).
You could also buy a mobile network hotspot device for situations like this.

You should buy a portable router they are really cheap and small you add a prepaid SIM card to it on boom you have internet anywhere you need you just charge an extra to your customer just an idea son you can have your cameras always

Most pest control companies would rather farm this out to real rat wranglers. They make enough money spraying, fogging and putting in the Sentricon traps and on their standard pest control contracts. They don't want to work as hard as these guys, or do the kind of destruction it takes, or crawl in the spaces and they aren't plumbers, like these guys.
Too bad you didn't have a computer geek around. Some of us not even grade 1 hackers could easily get her network information as long as we have her modem/router available. If she actually has a provider. not hard.
