My crawl space looked EXACTLY like that when we moved in the house. After I trapped and caught about 8 -9 mice and sealed off all the entry points I had the entire thing cleaned out, re-insulated and sanitized. Great work as always guys.

Have you ever considered collaborating with Shawn Woods a.k.a "Mouse Trap Monday" - I mention this because he came up with a trap that looks like that 5 gallon bucket drop top trap- it's called the "dizzy dunker". Cannibalising means eating the same species, a rat cannot cannibalise a parrot. It can eat a parrot, sure. But it cannot cannibalise it.
They showed a rat that ate another rat too. But not sure why they made it seem like it was a bird getting ate by another rat

In order for it to be canibalism an animal would have to eat another animal of the same species. If it's a different species its not canibalism.

I'm always astounded at how dirty people's living conditions are. Some people don't recognize how dirty and disorganized their homes are and they wonder why pests are attracted to their homes.
Rats have survived the wrath of humans for eons, Many more of them killed than us, even counting the plagues. But they reproduce like... well... like rats. We don't stand a chance. The fight goes on...and on....and on.
They need to understand that their place is in the wilderness, not in people's houses. Cartoons like Mickey mouse, Tom and Jerry, Fievel made rats look cute to billions of people
