I love the work in the USA. The freedom of creativity. I work as Pest Control /Exterminator in Germany for years. I love these videos. In Germany, it's impossible to use these traps or even suck in rodent with a vac. I am only allowed to use snap traps, contact tox foam or toxic baits.
There's also areas where there's daylight 26:40 between the foundation & house. Mice definitely can get in from the outside into that crawl space.

Think it’s a old abandoned storm drain so we will never know.
The Tyvek suits aren't much better. I'm 6'1 and the legs come up to my shins. Also, they're indeed water RESISTENT.....However if you lay in a puddle for more than 6 seconds your going to know. The material is a little bit more sturdy but if you catch a nail its going to rip. Disposable and cheap is the way to go with those crawl suits, no point in getting the fancy ones unless you plan to reuse them. I get two uses max out of any disposable crawl tux.

What have you guys found is the best bait? I usually use peanut butter, or snickers bars, but my neighbor has had great success with cream cheese and bacon!

27:38 he shouldn't be so confident that they're completely gone after 7 days. In the past 7 months I've had a rat infestation.
A month ago I caught two rats and I thought they were gone because there was no activity for over a week.
12 days after catching the rats two more rats came into my attic. Those two were caught a week ago and there's been no activity.
When you do this everyday. Week after week, month after months, year after year, we know when we nailed it.
You must have not removed food sources COMPLETELY or you still have a entry point somewhere, they’re just not active coming and going.
When we take on a job, we strip EVERYTHING! ( Food and entry points) we know for sure within 7 to 15 days if we knocked it out. You out rats in distress, they will be moving around frantically.
