      @randallsmerna384 7 месяцев назад +1

      Dude, I totally understand your struggles. When you get down it seems that the world is falling in on itself with you in the middle. BUT IT'S NOT TRUE!
      You have four young boys that are looking up to you. If you don't stand in the gap - who will? You have got to get a handle on this by seeking help and CHOOSE WITH YOUR WILL to do the things that you know you must do for yourself to stay in the game. If not, the world will steal and devour four more rudderless souls.
      * Find counseling.
      * Get involved in church. That will give you spiritual strength AND your boys activities.
      * GET OUT - GET EXERCISE!
      * Read
      * Eat right
      * Never stop reaching out. Never stop!
      The hardest thing to do when you're depressed is to be thankful. I hate doing it - but it really is necessary.
      DBT is helpful.
      You have got to stop being your own worst enemy. If anybody spoke to you the way you speak to yourself how would you react to them? THIS is the test to see if your internal dialog must be stopped. It's hard to stop without interrupting it first. That is what DBT helps with.
      In the end, the most important element of all this is making good decisions when you're feeling like crap.
      My heart goes out to you.

    That was nothing short of heroic you guys.
    Too many people turn their backs on others suffering esp mental health. We came across a young woman sitting in the road blocking traffic in one lane.
    Everyone was driving round her or beeping at her. Out of hundreds only my wife and I stopped, wife sat with her in the road I directed traffic.
    Still no one stopped and in fact numerous drivers hurled abuse at me and her one driver screamed at me to drag her out of the road this was in front of his kids too.
    So many were quick to ask what the issue was then drive off too.
    I wish everyone could show a little compassion you don't know what this person is going thru, you don't know why or how they ended up where they are.
    It's always easy to say how can you live like that etc but Human beings aren't that simple.
    If everyone helped at least one person a day or week or month this works would be so much better and nicer.

    This was awesome of you guys and the whole crew who had helped this lady get back to a sanitary environment and fix her water and toilet issues. THAT WAS HUGE AND YOU ALL DESERVE THE UTMOST RESPECT AND PRAISE FOR BEING WILLING TO HELP THIS LADY OUT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! This act of kindness is truly a special kind of heroism that shows you all have a heart of gold by caring enough to do something to actually make a difference in someone's life for the better. Hopefully she will be able to maintain your hard work and efforts in respect for the gift you have given her. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

    Mr. Jim and Mr. Dave Schuelke,
    I can see you two genuinely care about the clients you work for. I almost thought you were going to vomit, but you pushed through the nasty smells, kept moving on with the job at hand, and helped a woman in need.
    I hate to think of what illness or disease that nice lady would have possibly contracted, since she was so overwhelmed with the mess in her home.
    God bless you and your crew, those men you hired to haul trash, and anyone that contributed supplies to help you do this work. This is what God wants us to do, help each other. A big hug to all of you!

      They say that you are never more than six feet from a rat in London...
      You should look into how many people die a year in the UK from a dead rat their cold water cistern, as the plastic lid in the attic warps and pops off, then sooner or later a thirsty rat drowns in it...
      [An Englishman invented the pressurized water system we use over a hundred and fifty years ago. The UK approved it for residential use in the 1990's so most homes still have a cold water cistern...]

    Coming from a family that lives like this. I have a good heart. A heart that got taken advantage of. It is satisfilying work to help people like this. But 2 days later it will become the same. You can't help their mentality. It feels so good when you help & walk away. But when it's something you can't walk far away from & see often, you shouldn't feel bad anymore.
    This is amazing to see. But from personal, family experience, it hurts. Don't stop helping people but understand the limitation. I have never seen a person come back from this point; mentally. I'm sorry for anyone who loves someone who is like this. I did this work everyday at a cost. Please take care of yourself.

    I don't know this lady or what she has been through, but I do know that depression robs you of your ambition and drive. She mentioned being depressed and we have to understand that all of that mess was not caused by laziness, as depressed people are not really lazy. They simply lack the motivation or inclination to clean and carry out normal day-to-day activities, such as cleaning, housework, etc. They just don't see the meaning and purpose in it. This may have been the catalyst this lady needed to get out of this slump she has been in. Thank you guys for your sacrifice and hard work. This will pay off in huge dividends for both her and your team! You can't do good without it coming back around and I know you will be blessed!

    I hated the smell from my cat just using their litter box once, I can't even imagine the smell you all had to endure! My heart truly ached looking at your faces as you were cleaning.
    Thank you all for your help especially for your two new helpers. Hopefully you can put more work their way in the future.
    My final hope is that Nancy keeps the house cleaner now for her own sake and the cats.
    Thank you all again xx
