I loved your breakdown of the wealth inequaility and how it effects the law enforcement and judicial systems in our country.I figured that out years ago but could never conceptualize it in words as eloquently as you did. I do fear the concept will go over many peoples' heads however because it is somewhat complex but the corruption and inequality are very plain to see to all who have been ensnared by injustices and predatory state actions.

As Mr Janis said, police could keep approaching you making you to continually retreat to keep 25ft distance or be arrested. Luckily Louisiana Governor realized this being unconstitutional and refused to sign the bill and luckily the legislature did not override the veto. Arizona passed similar law but the court rightfully so ruled it unconstitutional.

The problem is not people are breaking law's, the problem is the state legislators are making everything a crime, so the law in itself makes you a criminal, known as living under the law, so the people always lose. Therefore, so call laws a written to make money off the people, it's all about the money they steal from the people for themselves, not breaking the law. They (people in the courthouse etc.) turn the warrants, tickets, bonds etc. into a security instrument and make money off it for a while for themselves (also known as commercial paper). Good show. I made a couple points in the chat about how the police took a sharp turn away from crime prevention to law enforcement in the 1970's. Before the 1970's crime prevention police meant boots on the ground patrolling, we understood once you're murdered you can't be un-murdered, ounce robbed or assaulted you can't be un-robbed or un-assaulted. For whatever reason, maybe your wealth theory is right, we turned to law enforcement which means revenue collecting, incarceration and increased manpower doing "investigations". Republicans or Democrats still think this is the right answer despite the fact actual crime has been getting worse. And that's not even getting into how much money is being wasted in modern 'law enforcement'.

The cops lull you, they pretend to just want to talk about something small, and they play on your need to feel helpful, then they get into other questions and so on. They now people get defensive and clam up so they use various social tricks, like, social pressure, obligation, even coercion. They can't do their jobs without these tricks, 95% of the time. They bug us and track our movement 24/7 so they know our basic profiles and they send paid people, CIs and others, to get us to talk and they just use that. They don't always send uniformed cops. They plan and stage situations to provoke, trick and entrap you. Lawyers know this too as most are in with the cops. It's a corrupt game. The next day I went to the police department to get my bicycle registered and out of jail for one dollar. They said, do you have a receipt for your bicycle? Went as far as a cop demanding an EMS to "stick him" against said EMS better judgement and the hospital not being made aware of the dose of ketameen, then being given a second and potentially lethal 2nd dose.....was never in the paperwork. Almost died twice cause they know how to and appear to enjoy triggering my PTSD that the sheriff's here are well aware of. They only seem to escalate despite their policies to de-escalate. Earlier this year the DC police (who generally tend to be reasonable & helpful) ambushed me while helping my friends move as soon as we had finished loading up all of their things in my van. They arrested me for "misuse of tags" and refused to allow my friends to retrieve anything (which included many of their most important necessities: IDs, metro passes, keys, a wallet, laptop used for work, clothes & toiletries, etc.) from the van which THEY locked while waiting for a tow truck to impound the vehicle even though it was legally parked. They refused to speak with any of us, explain anything or answer any of our questions. They also forcibly removed my coat leaving me in a T-shirt clearly knowing the difficult situation that would put me in when they discharged me several hours later at 2am in one of the most remote, deserted, desolate & dangerous parts of the city.
It was clear that they were hiding and waiting for the van to get off of private property because they pulled out, turned on their lights & pulled me over as soon as I turned on the city street & immediately ordered me out of the vehicle. They somehow knew that the back door had to be locked manually

Now another acronym : OPFOR (OPPOSING FORCES). When engaged in protected activity , and being asked what are you doing ? You can lawfully reply OPSEC clearance required. Also, I must determine if you are an OPFOR to the Constitution. And also remember , it is not the Publix responsibility to provide them with a safe working environment. If they feel the environment is unsafe they can file an OSHA complaint and leave the scene. Both physical and operational security hard words of wisdom for anyone .
