If you have certain kinds of problems you cant get a lawyer regardless of ability to pay. Lawyers are sure unlucky people or chronic victims... are guilty of what victimizes them. Lawyers are positive that people who cant get lawyers are unworthy of justice. If there are any exceptions they haven't hung out a shingle around around anywhere I've ever lived...

Nothing being done about it is also very common. These departments purposely hire people that will blindly follow any order given to them. People like that once given authority become what we see in these videos. Dealing with law enforcement is dangerous even when you have done nothing wrong. I’m pretty sure it was not suppose to be that way.

Our courts have become or maybe always were just a source of revenue. It was never designed for 99% of cases to be resolved with a plea deal. Judges prosecutors police public defenders, and even defense attorneys work together to keep the revenue stream coming. The courts are more likely to suppress videos than watch them for evidence that would endanger the income that the charges generate

He doesn't have to wait for the case to be dismissed/decided, in fact, he has only 2 years to file the suit (title 42 section 1983/1985/1986), and many times when they think/know you're going to file a suit they will drag the case so the statute of limitations will run out. They do this because most, like you, believe you have to wait for the original case to end, and if it was dismissed/found not guilty.
