Well people need to protest when this crap happen in there town. The problem is by the time someone get the body camera months has passed. About the only exception is a cop shooting a unarmed person and that person usually has a large family and lot of people who know them. But most people the cops hurt are never known. I saw a video of a cop shootinb a 85 years old women who answered her door with a knife in her hand and was behind her back. Instead of the officer telling her to put it down or saying Maam if that is a knife or some other weapon I need to to put it away or drop it. But instead he kept on asking her to show him wnat it was. The final time he scream on top of his lungs and when she should him she had a knife he shot her 7 times. At no time did he even bother to step back. I bet you no one cared one crap about that poor women who answer her door with a knife because the stupid cop was banging on the door so loudly with his flashlight she probably thought someone was breaking in. She looks terrified when she saw it was a cop.

I was taught the Constitution in elementary school. I remember how it somehow freed me. And I was only a kid. I feel that learning the Constitution helped me mature into the man that I am today. It teaches us responsibility. It's simple and to the point. Small talk if I may. And this seems to be written this way on purpose. What tyrant's do is complicate things so the common man cannot easily defend himself. And or make it difficult to defend from a tyrannical attack of any kind what so ever. Especially with local police. And because of this. Cops don't abide by their oath. They enforce victimless crimes. They ruin lives. They steal people's money through traffic tickets that amounts to 7 billion per year and through civil asset forfeiture, which totals more than all the burglaries combined in the USA. They have raped over 400 women and children since 2014. They kill 3 Americans per day. Americans are 22 times more likely to be killed by a cop than anything else in the world! These are the reasons why I dislike bad cops. And good cops do nothing about the bad cops. So they are all bad cops.

Well people need to protest when this crap happen in there town. The problem is by the time someone get the body camera months has passed. About the only exception is a cop shooting a unarmed person and that person usually has a large family and lot of people who know them. But most people the cops hurt are never known. I saw a video of a cop shootinb a 85 years old women who answered her door with a knife in her hand and was behind her back. Instead of the officer telling her to put it down or saying Maam if that is a knife or some other weapon I need to to put it away or drop it. But instead he kept on asking her to show him wnat it was. The final time he scream on top of his lungs and when she should him she had a knife he shot her 7 times. At no time did he even bother to step back. I bet you no one cared one crap about that poor women who answer her door with a knife because the stupid cop was banging on the door so loudly with his flashlight she probably thought someone was breaking in. She looks terrified when she saw it was a cop.

I hope they got a gofundme at least bc they need good representation to fight this and to sue (and press charges). But they need awareness from coverage of this to be successful in raising the funds. And everyone, especially those in the community, need to be aware of this! We all need to fight this to prevent it from happening again, and definitely don’t need any precedent set from this! This is so fucked up and just shows the already out of control corruption is still getting worse and we are losing all our rights, and if they can’t take em they will just lie or find some loophole to use against us. I was taught the Constitution in elementary school. I remember how it somehow freed me. And I was only a kid. I feel that learning the Constitution helped me mature into the man that I am today. It teaches us responsibility. It's simple and to the point. Small talk if I may. And this seems to be written this way on purpose. What tyrant's do is complicate things so the common man cannot easily defend himself. And or make it difficult to defend from a tyrannical attack of any kind what so ever. Especially with local police. And because of this. Cops don't abide by their oath.
They enforce victimless crimes.
They ruin lives.
They steal people's money through traffic tickets that amounts to 7 billion per year and through civil asset forfeiture, which totals more than all the burglaries combined in the USA.
They have raped over 400 women and children since 2014.
They kill 3 Americans per day.
Americans are 22 times more likely to be killed by a cop than anything else in the world!
These are the reasons why I dislike bad cops. And good cops do nothing about the bad cops.

After qualified immunity, Arrested for recording is about as *corrupt* as law enforcement can be.

I know you may counter with saying that the first amendment is not specific to cop watchers, but the courts have already ruled that it is not a crime to take photos and record public officials doing their duties.

The judge, cops, and everyone who signed off on this need felony charges, time in jail, and a ban from ever holding a position of authority ever again, and the people who suffered from the actions, need to be paid a million per day they were incarcerated, plus all time lost from work at 10x rate, plus another million for pain and suffering.

I do not live in texas but i would suggest go fund me or fundraising.a cause like this can raise alot of awareness and perhaps wake some of the sheep that blindly walk through life waiting to be told what to do and who or what they should be

One for the billboards, one to bail out these folks so they do not have to sit in jail for a couple of years waiting trial.. and one for a lawyer or two to take the case.. but really, if it was me, I would go it without a lawyer to start.. I would be willing to accept COUNSEL.. note, that US constitution says Counsel.. and not lawyer.. and even those who are lawyers, if you ever watched any hearing at all before Congress.. like the Hillary Clinton hearing.. how did that work out? She was not Re Presented by a lawyer, but had Counsel present, and she simply presented herself before congress.. and she answered her own questions and when the lawyer/counsel thought to give advice, he would just whisper it to her.. otherwise if a lawyer is Re Presenting you, you are considered by the courts to be incapable of defending yourself and they view you as uneducated and an invalid..
