Absolutely. Unfortunately they all share their cowardly pizza of immunity with each other and of course they don't have a legal obligation to do anything for you and I and as you can see they benefit themselves and very little can be done by us and accountability for thee and not for me continues.
@@jamespeterson218I believe the DA shouldn’t be an elected position. They then (often)become gutless and only want cases they feel are going to likely prosecute. They allow the defense attorneys to beat them down in plea deals which are usually a joke. However, I watched a case recently where a woman was jailed for expired tags and a bench warrant for missing the trial. What good, besides collecting fined from people who are obviously poor did that serve? No violence or theft was involved. Talk about low hanging fruit.
My first impression I'd assume I'm being robbed, but these jerks manufactured a fearful atmosphere thus making their pathetic case for an illegal search.
I have to agree that Mr Banks was understandably startled, the bright lights the sudden movements. I think when he immediately had his hands up, (as an uber driver) he thought he was getting robbed or car jacked. Thank you so much for taking the time to really watch the video and for commenting-taya
A cop did this to a 17 year old. Without announcing himself, he yanked open the kid's car door while the kid was sitting in his car eating with his girlfriend. Yelled at him to get out of the car and grabbed at his wrist. The kid put the car in reverse and started backing out of the parking spot, probably thinking he was being car jacked. The cop opened fire on him.
That's exactly how most, if not all of us, would think. I'd probably be killed because I would think a bunch of thugs are robbing me and fearful for my life I'd shoot as many as I could because if I'm going to be killed as many of these robbers are going down with me. How would anyone in this current situation supposed to think? I hope this guy has hired a damn good Civil Rights attorney and sues these egregious, criminals wearing police badges and guns and sues each of them in both their official and personal capacities. Under personal capacity they MUST pay for everything. Their lawyers, expert witnesses, the monetary award given by the jury, etcetera.
I was putting myself in his place. Plain clothes cops(maybe) tried to open the passenger door then my driver side is yanked open.. he handles it better than me.. I would have hit that gas so fast. Of course would have made it worse, but I just know I would have fled.
Think one of the MOST important things that you guys failed to mention, was the fact that none of those officers even identified themselves. The driver had no idea what was going on and or who was doing what. For all he knew he could have been getting car jacked. As far as I’m concerned, if he had of opened fire on those guys, he would have had every right to do so

Cmon Ruth. You have to hit the judicial lottery for a case to get kicked upstairs like you want. They could probably settle this for 10 thousand bucks. And the system won’t change a bit. He can’t afford a lawyer and any lawyer he gets will want to settle (minus 40%). We need real change. These people need to aggregate their power and elect people who have authority over the police. Exactly!! To resist arrest, you have to be being arrested for an existing crime. R&O cannot be the cause and effect. That's why it's said to be a secondary crime. It's just crazy what goes on.
He have not been charged with a crime. So how the hell can or should they arrest him. Therefore he is not resisting arrest. You are a part of the problem. You are a white person aren't you? Working while back in any neighborhood.
Disgusting. BS tactics to ruin innocent people’s lives while making cops look like good guys while committing all number of felonies and facing zero accountability Has to change.
Keep your car doors lock. Your homes doors locked. If you have a fence & gate around your property put locks on them. Put up No Trespassing signs no matter where u live. Don't answer the cops questions. Know your rights and exercise them and because they'll be violated get a lawyer & sue them every single times they violate our rights. If cities are bankrupt by lawsuits maybe something will change.
@Eric Huechteman the so called supreme court's already know that rogue cops have been abusing qualified immunity exactly like whats in this video footage for years.
...and now that we have receipts, what excuses do funding sources, police command staffs, prosecutors and judges have/will use to disregard what is blatantly criminal, taxpayer -funded thuggary.
Thank you for noticing that! It was as if the assumed for some reason that if they grabbed him and searched his car they would find something to prosecute him for, little did they realize he was just an innocent citizen heading home after a long day of working for his family. I was shocked by how quickly they escalated the situation. He filed a complaint, however it doesn't seem the department heeded him, because the same officer that pulled him out of his car later shot and paralyzed a unarmed 29yro.
Exactly, when you get away with it so often in a system which most lawyers want even take a 4th Amendment case unless it involves violence. Our system is so jacked up. The land of the oppressed. We ain't free.
These videos are so essential! I am so grateful for the time and energy you place into exposing the criminal behavior of those in our society entrusted to protect and to serve.
Thank you so much for understanding and empathizing with how traumatizing this can be. Spoken with knowledge and from the heart Her commitment to educate the public with actul facts and expose the oath breaking thugs currently employed by the elites is worthy of your respect. Remember all that she presents is the truth, video doesn't lie , facts .
This is outrageous! I'm so irritated that the Supreme Court thinks that they can throw the Fourth Amendment out the window with something as ridiculous as "parking in a high crime area". They might as well just say "If a cop is hangry".
As long as the Supreme Court has a Republican partisan hack majority they will continue to allow the people to be assaulted, allow our 4th amendment rights to be disregarded, allow this corrupt police state to get away with perjury and continue to allow qualified immunity for the tyrant officers and continue to make the innocent citizens financially pay for their crimes instead of the criminal cops! I don’t say that to be partisan it’s simply a fact at this point. You can see how the Republican lead Supreme Court has already voted stripping citizens of our constitutional rights. From stripping women of our rights to choose, to allowing corporations to not be sued for their negligence or discrimination on individuals, they have held up qualified immunity for criminal police officers even with video evidence showing the perjury of the officers etc etc etc the list could go on with concerning what the current Supreme Court has ruled on that have hurt the citizens in favor of the extremely rich, big corporations and the corrupt and criminal police officers/ police departments over the rights of the people and our constitutional rights! This is why voting is so damn important. Only when we the people demand change which starts at the voting booths will we have any hope of change.
Road rage by "cop" I love that you guys point out it's the poor & lower middle class being targeted. I'm a 40yo white man, being born & raised in Kensington (north philly) I've experienced to the fullest everything that is said to be only happening to one demographic. We're ALL in this fight TOGETHER!
I live in Austin TX. We defunded the police Internal Affairs Department. Governor Greg Abbott went baliistic, and threatened to cut State and Federal funds for any other Texas Cities that wanted do the same. Police Unions, and internal Affairs Departments protect the unlawful behavior of cops and other officials. IT CAN BE DONE.
Thats pretty unbelievable how they just dragged him out of his car and then ultimately arrested him and charged him for any crime. He clearly didn’t do anything wrong so even after they violated his rights, they added insult to injury once their search of his car revealed nothing criminal. Also oddly not mentioned in the video is they were repeatedly stating he was under arrest as soon as they pulled him out of the car and started to handcuff him which makes no sense at all. They hadn’t even conducted the (illegal and unfruitful) search yet.
This is why cameras should be a requirement for all officers or anyone in the capacity to make arrests. Immunity needs to go. This kind of action is sick.
Anyone thinking of traveling to the USA, should take a look at this video. I would not go anywhere near this country. Watching from UK . There appears to be huge problems with law enforcement

But I would never suggest someone make themselves unsafe. Please be careful, your health, well-being and freedom are the most important things.-taya

"Good cops" don't exist. They allow shit like this to go on with impunity. They don't arrest their fellow cops for when they clearly are breaking several laws.
Thank you Taya and Stephen. I really enjoy the work that you two do. I find it more and more difficult to even watch these criminals and the way that they treat every day citizens. They are the real criminals and domestic terrorists that the public needs to fear. I strongly suspect that is what they are hoping to achieve because no one with the authority has done anything to correct what the real problem is. Rather they go out of the way to protect them and even promote them instead of disciplining and holding them accountable. This is a cancer that starts at the head and spreads down from there. Police work for their political system masters and not the people. That is the problem.
So you just might want to rethink about the real criminal puppeteer that allows lower criminals, and activity to rage in the streets. While they still enjoy the fat of the earth without no consequences unless a whistleblower has money courage and an escape plan.
@@therealnews Thank you Taya and the appreciation goes both ways. There are only a handful of programs on the internet that are truly worth watching and your program is one of them. There is no rational or logical reason for this. It has become clearly obvious to myself and hopefully many others that there is an organized agenda at play and it is not a good one. Many will call me a conspiracy theorist and that is okay. I wear that title like a badge of honor. It takes intellect and courage to do what you do and I appreciate and respect that a great deal. Be well and please stay safe - Laylow
Never ever leave your doors unlocked. If they want to knock and talk, force them to at least have to knock. A probationary cop (in California?) just recently learned the hard way the importance of making that distinction when he ripped open the car door of a teenager eating in his car in a restaurant parking lot while on a date with his girlfriend, and then shot the kid. Too bad for the cop that it wasn't even the car or the person he claimed it was. Poor baby got himself fired for that stupid stunt. Too bad for the kid that he's in the hospital in critical condition, fighting for his life. And the fiction in that police report is even an even more elaborately embellished tale than what we are seeing here.
I agree! But it needs to be changed by voting in different people to run the cities. We can’t keep doing the same thing over and over and expect a different result. For example, in Baltimore only Democrats have served as mayor since 1967, and only Democrats have sat on City Council for nearly 70 years. It’s madness to believe these people want real change after all these years they have had a chance to provide change. We can’t truly believe they want anything but to keep the people down and controlled. 70 years! They have had 70 years in Baltimore to provide change and all we got was “ZERO TOLERANCE.” Come on!!
It’s NEVER been worse. This is because of trillions of COVID emergency money from the federal gov fresh off the printing press to incentivize civil asset forfeiture (which is at a record high under the president who invented civil asset forfeiture in 94) and give them military hardware… Using police reform bills to make it impossible to hire new cops or even elect a new sheriff… The problem isn’t the wrong people in the federal government. The problem IS the federal government, and hyperfocus on national elections while we have voter apathy locally.
Thank you all for shining a light on the core cause of crime in working class and poor communities. I’m from north Philadelphia Pennsylvania. I grew up in a beautiful neighborhood 12 houses on our block I could walk into any one of them and be greeted with love and laughs. Some of the relatives of these people were drug dealers, thieves etc. we moved when it got really bad to the suburbs but I frequented the area throughout my teenage years and early twenties.During that time 5 of my childhood friends were murdered. They were not drug dealers but my block came together to stop people from selling drugs on our street. The police literally watched the drugs get sold all day. When someone’s shooting they show up an hour later. Anybody from my neighborhood who stayed and kept the block clean eventually was murdered. These days it’s nothing but drug attic’s and dealers outside all day selling drugs as if it were legal. With or without a police presence. As far as I’m concerned the government from president to police is guilty of treason for openly usurping the United States Constitution. How are they not in prison, yet we are? By the millions when they’re committing the same crimes, on a gargantuan scale
This is the most passionate statement I’ve heard you make Taya, and it highlights the situation across America precisely. Your channel should have millions of views for this post alone. There was so much mishap, unprofessionalism, and police lynching from not identifying who they were initially upon them kidnapping him followed by a defecated arrest.. Then the bogus made up story that was clearly not accurate sworn to their statement which was a macro lie as us viewers witnessed.. It's a crime for officers to manufacture evidence it's also a crime to ransack an innocent citizen who is not breaking the law where as the police still charge him unequivocally.. Irrefutably these cops should be fired the Chief of police obviously condones this erratic behavior ultimately for the continuum of police brutality to stay in existence for Racial Profiling and illegal mascaration from the truth...
The video shows why it is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to lock your car doors and keep your windows up (at least far enough to prevent them reaching in to unlock the door) when dealing with law enforcement.

The pigs in ny State started using "obstruction" as a charge for people who refused to give ID when they did nothing wrong or when they invoked the 5th amendment. It took the States Supreme Court to finally get a case about it. The lower courts and magistrates here are just rubber stamps for the cops.
In this case these POSes didn’t even announce they are cops; no went straight to 4th amendment violations; dragging him out of the car and conducting illegal search… Then fabricating all manner of BS charges to cover their rears….
As you said the officer later went on to shoot somebody it just proves my point that you let the officers get away with the little things they think they can get away with everything
thank you for working so hard. hearing you articulate these helps me maintain and increase my understanding of the issues. may christ strengthen you and yours.
This is why I “DO NOT TRUST COPS”...!! They will do anything they want get what they want rather if it’s true or not... Can you imagine how many other innocent people they did this too..
Yep...cops always think they can stop you & demand ID just because you're in an area with a lot of crime or drug activity, which is absolutely false, at least legally. I was approached last year & the cop demanded my ID...I was legally parked & using my phone (as opposed to using it while driving, which is illegal.) He claimed a nearby garage/car shop had been recently broken into. Here's the thing: i actually went to the place a day or two later & asked if they'd been broken into....they said no. Go figure. But even if they had been broken into recently, that isn't enough RAS or probable cause to legally demand my ID.

They might as well just say "If a cop is hangry".
The 4th amendment doesn't apply to property. Property doesn't have any rights.
They only throw the Fourth Amendment out for Black Americans.
They don’t identify who they are. They could have been trying to steal his car. That was so awful.

It will never changed, you idiots vote the same way every cycle 🙄

It’s NEVER been worse.
This is because of trillions of COVID emergency money from the federal gov fresh off the printing press to incentivize civil asset forfeiture (which is at a record high under the president who invented civil asset forfeiture in 94) and give them military hardware…
Using police reform bills to make it impossible to hire new cops or even elect a new sheriff…
The problem isn’t the wrong people in the federal government.
Always keep your doors locked, especially in areas police are known to frequent.

Avidly watching from UK too and scared to even think of visiting the country after getting a taste of real life America. Things are not perfect here but this is a whole other level… Disgusting. BS tactics to ruin innocent people’s lives while making cops look like good guys while committing all number of felonies and facing zero accountability Has to change.
Happy to tell you that the AG just took over the NJSP, including HR.
These videos are so helpful to show people the abuse that so many officers use with their authority. As well, I have to say that you are incredibly and tremendously georgous!!
Steven your my hero dude !
And taya you and Steven allways stoke a fire in me every time ty both !
I don’t believe any officer should ever be allowed to just randomly ask for “your papers” without evidence of a criminal act.
After watching this video, maybe the third or fourth of yours I am following because I believe in what you explain within your video.
Keep posting and I’ll keep watching! Great job and we must hold politicians and police accountable!
Name names who allow this behavior, name politicians who allow this criminal behavior by law enforcement and judges who don’t follow the constitution!
The pigs in ny State started using "obstruction" as a charge for people who refused to give ID when they did nothing wrong or when they invoked the 5th amendment. It took the States Supreme Court to finally get a case about it. The lower courts and magistrates here are just rubber stamps for the cops.
😂
In this case these POSes didn’t even announce they are cops; no went straight to 4th amendment violations; dragging him out of the car and conducting illegal search… Then fabricating all manner of BS charges to cover their rears….
As you said the officer later went on to shoot somebody it just proves my point that you let the officers get away with the little things they think they can get away with everything
thank you for working so hard. hearing you articulate these helps me maintain and increase my understanding of the issues. may christ strengthen you and yours.
When the cop said “it’s over man”, he was right, FREEDOM is over.
This is disgusting. He needs to get millions off of this mess
🙏🙏🙏 I'm looking for justice ⚖️ but anything helps, I'm all ears.
@@KzBankszB research the best lawyers in your area if you haven’t already. I would think most would take this one for free.
Thank you for exposing and bringing this to the forefront!
KEEP IT UP!!!
I love how the Second Officer on the passenger side tries to open his passenger side door. Another reason to keep ALL of your doors locked
Thank you soo much for what you do. Very sorry mr banks had to go thru this. You and steve are true champions of justice.
🙏 🙏
