Hi there ,
I absolutely love Watching your channel and learning a better understanding of the law and civil rights. I however live in Canada and can't seem to find a channel as well put together and we'll informed as this one. Do you or any of your followers have a channel suggestion for good Canadian content like this ? I will still continue to be a faithful follower of this channel but would like to see some Canadian content as well.
Cheers and keep up the amazing work !

This is a false 911 call, assault and a couple other crimes by the business owner.
False reports are very serious. The false report could have had resulted in a rebus police response, with guns drawn. With out a doubt the woman making the false report should have been arrested. Her 911 call was a clear and conscience ploy of using dogwhistle terms such as "schoolchildren" and "guns" to punish the auditor. Consequently, the auditor could have been tased or shot.
I give the police two grades;
The first grade, I give the police a FAIL for letting the caller of the false alarm off with a simple reprimand. She was the the only one who put people in danger! In essence her false 911 call was an attempt to weaponize the police.
The second grade, I give the police an A for a maintaining their poise when engaging with the auditor after a gun reported complaint.
That crazy woman who claimed that he had a gun could've got him killed. These people are batshit crazy
Exactly, and how did she manage to see the imaginary weapon inside of a bag!?
It’s not a mistake, they couldn’t care less if someone dies
It’s always the Karens. Watch out for white women
That was her intention.
Certain people, including this woman, never experienced consequences for their actions, so they continue to try to manipulate people and situations because they've never had to face repercussions for their insane actions.
This woman who claimed he had a gun should be arrested.
Women usually get lesser scrutiny and consequences.
Yeah, she just did that to hype up the cops and get them out there faster.
It should count as attempted murder. Her goal was to get someone who did nothing to her shot by police. That's psychopath behavior.
Women love to be fire starters. She could have gotten that man killed just for doing what the constitution allows us to do. Unreal..

"He doesn't even have to identify himself to us"
Chef's kiss. Well done.
its such a gray area, cops responding to call about a gun. they have to investigate when they show up to a call but that gray area is crazy as far as detaining/identifying etc, its all about ''suspicion'' which gives cops a great deal of power in general. One of the few things that need to be worked on in our justice system, cops love minor infractions that lead to ID'ing people for warrants etc, smell of ''weed'' in the car resulting in searches that lead to gun possession charges etc
I want that guy to respond to any police call I'm involved in. That's a man that understands civil rights
Oh sure.. suddenly the COPS know Rights & Law??
Had it been at their Station .. would the outcome have been the same??
i came to comment just this. love it
I was going to make this comment. I was both surprised and pleased to hear that.
As soon as she said "if you don't send officers, I'll contact every news station" she should have been charged.
yea im certain if the cops knew of the conversation when they showed up to the scene they wouldve charged her 10000% percent, unfortunately all they knew was a call about a gun and woman hanging up mid 911 call.
@@steven-jv4keyeah I feel the same. I can visualize exactly how the situation would’ve instantly flipped if one of the officers while they were surrounding her had called dispatch & heard the part about threatening to call every news channel. Actually it would’ve made for an amazing video for us as viewers to see that unfold as they were scolding her already. “Wait u threatened to call every news channel saying a guy has a gun out here and the police aren’t coming??? Lady put your hands behind your back.” Then would come the tears
The woman who called 911 stated unequivocally he had a gun. She's a nuisance and I'd like to see charges pressed on her.
And her company should be sued. So they will then let her go because she's a liability
@@electrickrain Ah yes, collective punishment of the whole for the sins of an individual. Peak fascism.
@@OutsiderLabs it's called accountability. Duhhhh.
Yeah, she should’ve been arrested. Maybe the prosecution wouldn’t have worked out, but it would’ve been at least worth trying it anyway.
@@electrickrainSuing a company for employing someone they didn't know was insane or entitled is not accountability. Her actions were not in service to, or representative of, her place of employment or her duties therein. There is/was no reason to sue the company.
Although, I wouldn't call that 'peak fascism.'
Female caller should’ve been charged. She was inside the business and the sidewalk was at least 200 feet from their front door. Absolutely 0% chance you can identify a gun handle in a back pocket at 200ft.
I used to work for the emergency services using the same MPDS system used in America. It was infuriating the amount of false calls and blatant lies that were told by callers like her which generated an emergency response. To my knowledge, none were ever punished.
If i was the police officer, i would have asked her to describe everything that happened in detail just to see how believable her story is. I would have let her incriminate herself first, then scolded her. And maybe would have gotten probable cause for an arrest too...
Especially when his hoodie covers his pockets.
She was clearly lying.
First she said pocket. Then she said bag.
Pure Karen. 100% should have been arrested.
She also lied and said it was in his bag.
The cop actually being mad and telling them is ridiculous is amazing.

I love that part. Cop was pissed 💙
The fact that both the guy and lady kept hanging up on the 911 dispatcher shows how unserious they think a 911 call is.
"The fact that both the guy and lady kept hanging up on the 911 dispatcher shows how unserious they think a 911 call is." They both hung up because they didn't want to stay on the line long enough for their stories to fall apart and be asked something leading to a less panicked response than they were both trying to create. Classic sign of deception.
The fact that the woman who reported the gun said "if you don't send someone out I will call the news stations" should be evidence enough to charge her with a crime of false reporting.
Sadly, Lawyers would argue that their client was overreacting to a stressful situation and would drag out the process. The officers did not wish to waste the court’s time. But I do agree with your standing on this.
Women only get slaps on the wrist
She's a woman she'll just say she has anxiety and was scared by the scary mean man and nothing will happen.
@@biggibbs4678 LOL! RUclips, a refuge for self-victimized boys and men screaming "It's not fair!" at B.S. they made up.
I bet that guy called that lady off camera and asked her to make something up to bring the police down there, since the dispatcher did her job by identifying he had no legal ground in harassing the dude with the camera.
That lady 100% made a intentional false call of a potential shooter....in a country with that type of problem. She wanted that dude dead.
The fact private citizens think they can demand ID from other private citizens is crazy😂
When people feel entitled there are no limits to what we can expect from them.
I know that was hilarious 😂
Right. I never understood why anyone would think they have the right to ask.
if he was ON his property, I could see him feeling entitled to identify people on his property--- but he cannot FORCE them to do so, and his only recourse would be to demand they leave his property--- at which point refusal would constitute criminal trespass if he refused to leave...
but in this case, dude clearly needed a little "EDUCATION" about how little power he actually has in this situation :)
When you buy land or property, you dont buy the people that come onto it. This day, he forgot that.
That woman was outright trying to get that man killed by police, she deserves a LENGTHY prison stay.
How to destroy your business’ reputation in 5 minutes flat
"If you don't send an officer now I am telling all the TV stations"
She not only lied but also attempted to threaten the police department. Completely sickening.
She was also very calculated. If I'm terrified because I think someone has a gun, I'm saying "he has a gun", she kept saying "it looks like he has a gun", "he has something that looks like a gun". Terrified for her life but still had the wherewithal to pick her words carefully in case it went south. She's awful, she knew exactly what she was doing and how her multiple faked panic calls were putting this guys life at risk.
I bet it was ALL the talk in the office too
Imagine the embarrassment she would have had to ensure once all facts were laid out lol
Now imagine she was white, would she have been charged with wasting Police time? They were good Cop's as nobody got Killed!
My favorite part was when she hung up at the end of the first call when the dispatcher asked her her name.
"He's recording a school and has a gun!"
"Get here faster or I'm calling every news station!"
"I never said he had a gun..."
She should be in jail. She put so many people in jeopardy and caused a massive police response for nothing.
I honestly didn't watch all of this because I have seen it but imagine if the 911 operator was in training and called out the SWAT because she took the " He's watching and recording kids and has a gun" serious. at least should have cited her or something.
I'm extremely hesitant to posit jail/prison as a solution to *anything* (especially given the current state of the criminal "justice" system) and this is no exception. However, a severe reprimand, emergency services education, and community service of some kind would be very much appropriate.
If I was a cop at that scene I would have arrested her to teach her a lesson.
Nut bag….
How do people think this is ok? What the fuck
That news comment is where she screwed up and opened herself up to be charged.
Wow - that lady should really pay a price for that lie about a gun. How many people have been shot because police mistakenly thought they had a gun?
Not even mistakenly thought. Outright lied.
The cops here deserve kudos for being calm, professional, and trying sort out what's actually going on.
That Karen should have been arrested for filing a false police report and harassment. Unacceptable behavior.
She literally swatted him.
Under California law, swatting is considered a crime against public justice. California Penal Code (California's criminal code) section 148.3 states, “Any individual who reports, or causes any report to be made, to any city, county, city and county, or state department,… that an “emergency” exists, knowing that the report is false, is guilty of a misdemeanor.”
Because they didn't like him is the only reason she didn't go to jail and they guy was not charged with assault
I can see a false 911 call that leads to nothing but this lie was outrageous. She put Slo in danger.
Trust me, even getting reprimanded like that by the officers royally pissed her off. Wish we could have seen her after the officers left. I bet the meltdown was spectacular.
she's def the type to phone the police when she sees a black person walking on the sidewalk from her house
that lady’s phone call is so incredibly dangerous, could have put that man’s life in danger
She should have been charged

"He doesnt even have to identify himself to us." Remember that one.
Yes, it is his right. But also cooperating (like letting the cop check that you do not have a gun) helps with not getting tased.
@@simonspacek3670 yea as citizens we have rights that we have to uphold everyday as a whole or they can go away fast. But there are circumstances when we should consider ceding a right or two temporarily for good of all. Like in the video he let them search and seize so that the situation could be deescalated immediately. It definitely helped that these cops seemed to be very well trained with quality supervisors.
@@nanook6620 I like driving examples. Let's say that you just stopped on one of those all-way-stop crossroads. And you can see that there is a car coming from left side. O no. That’s a California cop who knows he’s being recorded.
False reports should definitely be jail-able no questions asked.
These stories are addictive. You should play more like this one. That way people are not only watching stories of bad cops and bad people but are seeing the good in people too.
And seeing the good in cops too. Cops can conduct themselves in good or bad ways, just like the rest of us. Audit the Audit seems to highlight the law only, which is what I enjoy about their videos.
I somewhat agree. But I do think its slightly more important to expose bad cops than it is to show cops simply doing the job they're hired to do. The fact that these sort of videos are a "breath of fresh air" says a lot. Bad cops are a danger to everyone, good cops are doing what they are simply supposed to do. 1 bad cops will ruin it for 20 good cops. And for obvious reasons, the bad cops should always be exposed. I give these cops a lot of respect, and its nice to know good cops still care about the law and doing their jobs correctly, but its the bad cops that are a threat to citizens and need to be exposed as so, in every instance its recorded/documented. No logical person thinks ALL cops are bad, but it only takes a few bad ones to ruin it for every other cop.
The fact that we're so starved of seeing "good cops" is pathetic. And just seeing cops do their job properly still doesn't make them good cops. These same cops will be silent and protect bad cops who are criminals. The culture of the police and their thin blue line goes deep and it means that there are no good cops because those that do speak out are often not cops for much longer.

Somebody has to go and listen to the training these cops get, and ask the trainer if people have to identify themselves when they're standing on a sidewalk, and see what he says. Because it's clear, the training these people get is horrible. They need to be told the difference between obstruction and choosing not to aid an investigation by talking to a cop, which is 100% within their right. It's really nice to see a cop who respects his job enough to actually know the law.
I noticed that too. Hopefully he cleans out all the filth alongside him
@@wvrjl it's not rare tho, you just don't hear about them because that's not interesting to the media

These officers did exactly what they were supposed to do. I love to see it.
The lady that lied should be held accountable for lying to 911. That’s how people get kill🤦♀️
Witness the power of the Karen.
I hope she's not the brains of this organization.
She's being held accountable in that her every friend and family member will likely be introduced to this video showing how poorly she acted. The video can also serve as evidence against her if she ever tries this again.
She's famous now.
At a minimum, the cost of sending 12+ police officers to the scene, she should get the bill. I wish they had at least handcuffed and discussed if they were going to charge her (in front f her) and then let her off with a written warning.
Is anyone going to talk about the 911 Dispatcher. She called back, asked clarifying questions and remained calm when being yelled at by the staff.
She gets an A.
true that
Definitely !
Yes Indeed! Hats off to her! This experience is a good example of how dispatch and police often know or have a pretty good idea that the callers are lying and exaggerating in their call(s)! It was refreshing to see the callers ✔️'d on their behavior!
ABSOLUTELY……….. I Agree 100% SIR!!!
Definitely. The 911 operator(s) did an amazing job of trying to get the best facts possible for the cops, so the cops could respond more appropriately to the real situation and not some inflated threat scenario built up on lies.
It’s so obvious she was looking for that response with the second call as she stated “if they are not here soon I will be calling the news stations” what a Karen
Where have people gotten the idea that its illegal to film them without permission? That hasn't been the case for decades, if ever.
It's a breathe of fresh air seeing officers act the way they are supposed to. Thumbs up to their department
On the same train of thought, it's sad officers should be congratulated for doing the right thing. As honor guards to society, when they do wrong they should be chastised as opposed to getting a paid vacation.

@@stuff4812 The first guy actually seems to be ashamed and inflated when the cops arrived. He was also very honest with the cops including his own discretions. If you would tell me this guy is normally a pretty good and chill dude, but simply had a very bad day I might believe. Does not excuse his actions of course.
What the woman did is just vile. Being ashamed is not enough. I feel she tried to weaponize school shootings to get what she want. She needs help. That is not just a bad day. I mean do not even blame the dude for having a bad day if you have to work with such a creature.
However, that said I do agree that filming for reactions is just bad behavior. I can understand the urge to audit the government, but just random businesses? You are just doing that for content. That woman is downright dangerous and the type to claim someone "aped" her she belongs in prison.
That lady who called should go to jail. What an over reaction. Gross
I think what she did was malicious
She claimed he had a gun in his back pocket and then in his bag while she was a couple hundred feet away from him. It was malicious and a violation of the 911 system. She should be required to pay the cost of sending all those police to the scene.
It's not an overreaction, it's a flat-out lie. You can't overreact to something that you've invented. :D

The burden of proof for putting her in jail might be too large a hill to climb, but SHE should be billed for the cost of the police response. If her employer wants to help cover the cost, that's on him.

What managers?
This wasn’t trivial. The camera man was a registered sex offender and SVP (sexually violent predator). Dressed in all black filming kids… his SVP parole restricts him to at least 1/2 mile of a school. I would have done more than take his camera, I would have put a few in his head.

Responding cop that quickly called off "gun" response to the other responding officers deserves an A++
Yep and he acted legally with his quick patdown. He communicated clearly that it was solely a pad down which, under the circumstances he was legally permitted to do.
Maybe the dispatcher too. I strongly suspect she informed the responding officers that she was pretty certain the gun claims were bogus, meaning the first officer on the scene simply felt the need to confirm that before informing his colleagues.
@@TrentRidley Yes. If dispatch is skeptical that can help the officers too. Especially when she made two different claims of where the gun was that didn't make sense.
@@Nightfighter82 I'm not positive, but listening to the voices, I think that was two different dispatchers who handled those calls.
@@TrentRidley She would have to have done that VERY carefully. Dispatchers communicate with police over radio waves that are easily monitored by the public, and are recorded and audited. GENERALLY speaking, dispatchers give nothing more than the facts as they know them.
