I'm not in any way shape form or fashion but the response to the alcohol being involved is because alcohol has anticoagulant properties and if a person has consumed large amounts of alcohol it slows the ability of the blood to clot causing a person to bleed more heavily while under the influence. On top of this EVIL...the police department fired the senior officer, because he was complaining about the bad behavior of the officers. Wow. Pure evil. These people have no conscience. They are pure evil.

That’s how it is. You end up fighting the corrupt officers then the DA doesn’t want to expose the truth so they have to defend these cops…you wouldn’t believe the way police lie on the witness stand and judges just look the other way.
I really wish the left and right could reach a common ground on the police thing. If we could do that together then maybe we could actually really make some change. But the extreme fanatics on both sides makes that impossible. I'm a conservative and I do not believe in doing away with the police department or defunding them to the point of completely tying their hands or using Health Department workers or some crap like that but I do agree that there is a severe problem with policing in the United States and I do believe that cops that do stuff like this should be held doubly accountable to what a citizen would be and I think their sentence should be doubly or triply harsh and they should serve every single day of whatever sentence they get. But I also think that there are good cops that have good motives and really do want to protect the community and help people. The problem as I see it is that there are more tyrannical and corrupt cops then there are good cops and I think the good cops fear for their lives and and lows of their loved ones that's why a lot of times they keep quiet I believe. I mean just look at that cop in the 70s named Serpico his own Squad set him up to be shot in the face simply because he would not take payoff money and when they kept trying to force him so he went to the higher ups and if you look him up you will see just how much good that did him thankfully he survived and testified. That look of disgust on Sgt. Martinez' face is the look of a race hater. He locked in on enacting punishment on the old drunk man. It can be heard prior to the escalation, the arguing back and forth between husband and wife. Sgt. Martinez probably had a tormented childhood from a male figure. In any case, there's a monster in that cop. And it must be dealt with, judiciously.
How do these 'dirty cop's ' get away with ripping an innocent man's leg clean off, and then go about their day as though they were justified in their actions? seems like there are quite a few 'dirty cop's who should be behind bars, you do a great job naming and shaming these cop's ,keep up the great work 👏.

The young county Mounty on my right side wasn't clicking with the state bull. Hadn't let go of my arm I landed on my left shoulder. Thank God. Had another cop put 15 stitches above my left eye. Saw it ducked it. Long time ago. I stay away from those criminals.
Exactly! The fact that the officers discuss how they were surprised by what happened and said "his bones must be brittle" as if the victim was somehow at fault!? So many people are devastated by being thrown onto concrete, human beings are fragile!!! Thank you for watching and for your comment! - taya
Totally a self defense move, and I bet the other cop behind the victim had his foot jammed in place from in front and behind and snapped the knee. I've seen so many of these body slam videos it's horrible.
I do love how the other cop immediately realised what the cop who bent his knee did and took out his pressure band (limits the blood flow during a bleeding), these cops knew, they absolutely knew what they did. And 99.9% surely they did not arrest him only because if they did, that one officer who would have arrested him would have been held accountable for this injury as they'd be under the officer's care. Whenever someone is arrested they become responsibility of the arresting officer.
There are so many horrific stories of police brutality that it makes my skin crawl. What amazes me is why these cop’s partners don’t intervene to prevent them from doing something that could make them lose their jobs or go to prison.
@@jameseverett9037While I agree for the most part, this is not a situation that would be deemed as fitting under the umbrella of issues that are difficult to contain or handle. If you slam someone to the pavement while also forcing your body weight down on him, what do you think is going to happen? What they do in my area is they have several cops delegated to specialize in certain instances- and so far, it is working relatively smoothly. I know that if I had seen this video prior to having to report a DV incident, I'd be too afraid to- because you expect the cops to be able to reasonably handle the situation, not injure the person who may only need to be removed from the premises so he/she can cool off. But I definitely see how the hair-triggering, and the lack of support for policing and policy, do play a huge role in the issues and greatly contribute to the reason why so many bad apples have been getting signed on and promoted. People think that de-funding them makes the problem better, but I just never understood that line of thinking, because it ignores the patterns we see from what happens when de-funding occurs in other nations, like what you mentioned- but it also ignores/lacks logical foresight of cause and effect.
@Mary - Did you hear about halfway through this video? Apparently, they fired the lieutenant because he had an issue with and was speaking up about the bad officers. That type of thing seems to be unfortunately rampant, where they just get rid of the good guys because they don't want to work with the goodie2shoes who will expose them or make them look bad or even just call them out.
@@iUnderstand It would have helped if I could see what actually happened in this incident, rather than have to just accept what the reporter is saying. Something just isn't right here, and it really needs to see the light of day, no matter how scary the images are. But I can't imagine it being any worse to view than so many movies I've seen that weren't even horror movies. I just don't trust the "social justice" crowd anymore. They're too one-sided and anxious to promote their version of who is always bad and who is always good. Everything is black and white, certain people and groups simply cannot make unintentional mistakes, are universally attributed malicious motives, while their opposing groups can do no wrong.

Thank you PAR for keeping this story in the spotlight & helping keep the cops accountable for this attack. I haven't heard anything about this from any Mainstream Media outlet.
Thank you so much for pointing that out, there has been noticeably little comment from MSM, local or national. It is extremely disheartening. Thank goodness there was a cop watcher who put in some work and the community reached out to us! -taya
Surprise surprise!
NEVER WILL
It's wrong when police investigate police, it should always be a outside source
And have a lay person in on the investigation.
Those officers should all be in prison. For a long long time. Mr barrientos should sue these officers and that city into bankruptcy. This is so outrageous and disgusting that they got in no trouble. Even if Mr b was violent which he was not at all the cops do not have the right to bend his leg back so badly it severs his leg. This is simply evil cops who sold their souls to the devil. They should not be on duty. All of this was evil.

Look at Sam Bankman-Fried or Hunter Biden.
Those cops should loose one of their legs,or both 😢.
End Qualified Immunity and hold government thugs accountable for their crimes.
Overturn Terry v Ohio as well. This would solve 90% of this insanity.
This is horrific. I pray that Mr. B wins this lawsuit & these cops are held accountable and put in prison. They definitely used excessive force for him to lose a leg!

Ending QI won't stop corruption. But ending it WILL allow We the People to finally weed out that corruption.
I wonder how these LYING COPS feel about what they did. Now this is just my opinion these OFFICERS SHOULD RECEIVE THE SAME TREATMENT THAT THEY PUT ON THIS MAN BUT NOT ONE LEG BUT BOTH OF THEIR LEGS. JUST THINK IF IT WERE HIS NECK TWISTED & BENT BACKWARDS SEVERED HIS NECK FROM HIS SHOULDERS.
Unfortunately not. There is no qualified immunity in NY and cops in NY state are some of the worst when it comes to corruption, especially the NYPD.

That’s right, money solves everything, he would be able to have more means to buy more products he don’t need.
@@TheFriendlyPsychopath. What do you think he needs or doesn't need? What he needed was his leg, so that he could work and buy things he needs and doesn't need --- just like you buy things you need and buy things you don't need. But they took that away from him.
What makes you feel that he should be reduced to only getting things he needs, (or maybe even not getting things he needs)? If something bad happens to someone, should they be relegated to never having anything they want again, and only get what they absolutely need?
What should happen to you, if the police or anyone assaults you and causes you to lose your leg? Should you just take it in stride and maybe get some food stamps and a little social security disability, just so that you don't wind up making any purchases for things you don't absolutely need?
Should you be relegated to never being able to have anything you want at all just because someone else twisted your leg off and damn near killed you in that manner? Or should the party responsible be held responsible and by part of that accountability allow you to have something out of life --- you know if it was you instead of him?

Jesus Christ, the guy is a wife beater. He’s on video resisting arrest. The cops are on video starting out at 0% force. They then mirrored and escalated like training says. The fact he lost his leg obviously wasn’t planned but this is what happens when you resist arrest. Everyone of us knows if we get killed or injured resisting it’s 100% on the individual. -- you do t get to beat your wife then resist arrest, lose your leg in the process then blame the cops. It’s so disheartening people are so politically gullible, skewed, and manipulated they can’t see the truth. Which is the guy was a abuser. The cops were perfectly calm. Even when he was first resisting it’s only after he escalated to 90% that the cops threw him down. This guy had about 10 opportunities to avoid this. #1 is not be bully and wife abuser that would’ve eliminated the cops even being there
@@klk1900did u watch the video???? He's not resisting at all. Let me guess, u just took the police's word for it. This is why they treat people the way they do. They've always just been taken at their word bc they're cops and I'm so tired of seeing people pay for it.
@klk1900 Where did it say he was a wife beater? If he beat his wife he would have been arrested. They told him he wasn’t then for some reason went to handcuff him. This was excessive. They lied in their report saying the subject was in a fighting stance, he was literally standing with his hands in his pockets.
The worst part is they all join in the brutality then make up charges to cover their action.
I mean the police even have their own lingo for making up charges to protect themselves. They say, "we got to, CYA". Which means cover, your, ass. So if you ever hear a cop mention CYA, just know you got some bogus charges headed your way!

@@halakon666 Four psychotic cops attacked him. It isn't too difficult to see how his leg was broken so badly it had to be amputated. What happened to him is equivalent to what is called an internal decapitation. Yes the skull can become detached from the rest of the body from a closed head injury. In this case they twisted his leg so badly it was severed within the skin. They were forcing him down in a way that twisted him and he was cuffed so unable to stop the force being used. He came down very hard on his knee onto a cement surface and causing a compound fracture. Forcing him to turn most likely twisted what was already broken causing the ligaments to tear as well as muscle and the bones to puncture the skin. The cop then pays the button nose chief of police a bit something something.. This is called RACKETEERING. 3 OF the criteria for RACKETEERING is hierarchy, intimidation, and fraud. There is no time off for bad cops. To the public it looks like they are on paid vacation, but mostly the cops work this illegal private security business. The only one fooled here is YOU!!!!!! The Chief of police needs a bad cop to work an illegal private security business. It's a kind of brotherhood. " Hay bro we have something on each other", a mutual agreement. Also, most cops drink vodka to sleep at night. An alcoholic cop may have pulled you over and you would never know. Or could you? The big giveaway is the menacing, belligerent, confrontational, aggressive dangerous grainy VODKA VOICE. When you get pulled over , make as little contact with an alcoholic cop. Like any alcoholic, they are dangerous with a license to carry a gun and kill. They will testilie against you and get away with it. You are dealing with a gang with a badge.. Sometimes , with corrupt judges there are many conflicts of interest, but you will never know. Sink your teeth into this and pass it on....And please, learn some law because obviously, the cops follow protocol and not the Constitution.. Get Constitutional Law for dummies or any book.
