Both my current husband and my late husband (who I was married to for over 39 years) were badly beaten by cops. My late husband was beaten because he didn't get out of town soon enough...he stopped to buy a burger along his way. He was a traveling preacher at the time, crossing county on foot, preaching, in search of those who would believe and had a sign saying REPENT on his backpack. Cops of that town didn't like it, arrested him and beat the crap out of him after they had him in a jail cell. Held him overnight then the next day took him to the edge of town and told him to keep going. That was when in his early thirties... nearly 40 years ago. My current husband, when in his thirties was so badly beaten by the cops the judge dropped all charges, even though my husband broke one of the cops nose in the struggle. That cop plus others took him down because he turned away from them when they called him over to their patrol car. He was black and blue from ankles to face. The judge...in court...made the cops uncuff him...His hands cuffed to his waist... because she saw how messed up his face was. Both my husbands were white men, and both unjustly arrested and beaten, and both were, and are, good men. Men I am proud to have as my husband. I too am white. Color does not make a difference...the evil are evil to all equally.

You said it, PDs are road pirates and violent gangs. They regularly charge/convict gang members for others’ crimes simply by association and wearing the same colors. That then needs to be extended to cops too. Regardless of whether there’s a “good egg” in there somewhere… They all should be held accountable when they stand next to and cover up for their fellow gang members.
Taya here! Thank you for pointing out something I also found disturbing was how the officers fed into Sgt Newberg's complaints adding to them, falsely and with no compunction. His example to younger officers had a terrible effect on the Baltimore police department although he said in court he thought he was teaching them the only way to effectively police and that officers would be helpless and useless if they couldn't police like he did and if they saw he was punished. He actually said in court that officers would be afraid to do their jobs if he received prison time. My thought is if you cannot do your job while respecting the constitution, there is something wrong with the way you are doing the job! -taya thanks for commenting!

This cop is a total tyrant. All his arrest and citation needs to be challenged. If he’s a supervisor, the captain and the entire department should be investigated.
@anthonygreaves4998 that's just it...the entire Baltimore P.D. was ALREADY under a federal consent decree after having been investigated by the FBI and determining that systemic racism was rampant in the police department!
That remark, "If it wasn't on video, I wouldn't be here," is probably the most honest thing he said. Just imagine how many people he violated, along with his cronies, that were not on video.
Taya here! You are absolutely right! He had been an officer for over 20 years and there could be so many violations! The reason the videos were even pulled was because the SA office was running a new program of body worn camera review where they brought in the new attorneys-- and they caught these constitutional violations.(It was different batch of attorneys who had not become cozy with the department.) Can you imagine for how many years he had been ruining people's lives but simply because there was no camera there-- there was no justice for the victims? It's horrifying, and the worse thought is what did he do to people during the years he didn't have to wear a camera? Thank you so much for your comment!
Speaking of which... besides the fact that you're absolutely right and the fact that it's the same all over the world with looking cops in the eye, I'd like to ask you a question if I may. Recently, I've seen a number of videos in 😅which the cop or cops who are arresting someone say "Don't look at me." I've never heard this until about six months ago and am asking if you know what their ridiculous reason for this may be? I'm not referring to the cops telling someone not to turn around while they're putting on handcuffs. This is something completely different and can occur at any time during the arrest. I know that making eye contact with cops is a VERY bad idea, but the thing I'm talking about is just plain strange!! Thanks in advance for any information you can give me!!
One thing that bothers me about these events is that it seems when one cop does the wrong thing, the others back him up. They never ask what's going on, they never say the first cop is wrong. They just back the first cop's play. And if the rare discipline is ever meted out, it's usually only to the first cop, not to the others who abetted him.
Shows perfectly that it was his ego that made him arrest the driver. He hated how the driver didn’t even let him finish his unlawful threat never mind get all terrified like he wanted to see. Glad others caught that.

What makes bad Policing possible starts with the Supreme Court Good thing video doesn’t lie since we know Police do. Since the FedEx driver was told to leave, which he was doing, then he was illegally stopped.
They try their hardest to ruin people’s life but when they commit injustices there’s a whole system to protect them. Were the officers on the scene also charged with allowing a man's Constitutional rights to be violated after swearing an solemn oath to protect and uphold those rights? If a person cannot be faithful to their oath, that person cannot be trusted to work in law enforcement.
For the police to want this man to lose his job and screw his life up is crazy and I truly wonder what if anything can change the clear hatred towards members of the community. Completely unacceptable.

The January 6th conspiracy by labelling what was mostly a peaceful protest against an obviously stolen election as an insurrection, was the police state baring its teeth against we the people. In collusion with the big tech companies who gave the feds the location of the protestors without telling the thousands of people who were illegally arrested just for being at the Capitol, shows how deep the anti American conspiracy is. This evil government is out of control and the police state nightmare of Orwell is here and only going to get worse, they’re the enemy within, forget the propaganda about Russia or North Korea, the enemy is the federal government.
The Constitution, which protects the PEOPLE from actions like this, has one major FLAW. In order for the Constitution to actually be effective, there has to be people of INTEGRITY to stand up for it and honor it. Each branch of the government (all levels) needs to be driven by the HONOR that is required to value what the Constitution is and what it represents.
The USA government proves how heartless it is by allowing anyone to have to pay anything over another person for health care.plus they allow insurance companies. Let children suffer

Personally I am real sick of the whining racist crap.

Whats bad about police is when they all go along with the other gang members
You said it, PDs are road pirates and violent gangs. They regularly charge/convict gang members for others’ crimes simply by association and wearing the same colors.
The ONLY honest thing he EVER said
Recently, I've seen a number of videos in 😅which the cop or cops who are arresting someone say "Don't look at me." I've never heard this until about six months ago and am asking if you know what their ridiculous reason for this may be?
I'm not referring to the cops telling someone not to turn around while they're putting on handcuffs. This is something completely different and can occur at any time during the arrest.

One thing that bothers me about these events is that it seems when one cop does the wrong thing, the others back him up. They never ask what's going on, they never say the first cop is wrong.
