  • Pinched Nerve In Neck (3 Exercises for Cervical Radiculopathy) - Dr. Walter Salubro Chiropractor in Vaughan, ON
If you're experiencing pain from a pinched nerve in your neck, there are two exercises you can do that may help relieve the pain. A pinched nerve is a common name used to describe cervical radiculopathy; compression or irritation of cervical spinal nerve that gives pain, numbness, or tingling in to the arm, forearm, hand or fingers. These two exercises are great for stretching the neck and relieving pressure on the pinched nerve in the neck.

I went to do heart work post the situation. Yday i did the laser surgery for c4/5,5/6,6/7 and got the pinched nerve and disk sorted. I cud sleep well in hospital but once home it was just like before, the pressure on the hand and the pain. Tingling, numbness took over. This makes me think, maybe need to change the bed on priority. Maybe a recliner might be helpful…
