Btw you're absolutely right. I find myself struggling more when I just prep anything because I don't wanna cook when I'm tired and I finish eating stuff that doesn't satiate me or that I don't really like. Very useful tips as always ❣️ I'll try the chickpeas, I've never had them like that even if everyone loves them ahahah

Sophie, a month ago I was fasting for Ramadan, and i lost 4kg (which is bad for me) plus stopped working out. I couldn’t find the motivation to go back to my routine and then I found you on youtube. If you find the mugs too big for coffee you can use them for soup as well! Idk about in Holland but in Canada I've had giant mugs and there purpose is for soup! :)
I like to clean as I go too and can’t seem to function with a home/kitchen in disarray. And boy do I love to organize and clean out drawers/cabinets and fridge/freezer quite regularly as well.

Hi Sophie! Just an extra tip (besides the celery and carrot one that someone mentioned) if you wash your berries too early they ripen quickly and go bad fast! It’s best to wash them right before eating. Also, if you would freeze your dates on parchment paper first and then place them all in your Tupperware, it would save some space and time ☺️
