    thats a great point - scrolling through your phone and seeing something that you compare yourself to, makes you feel jealous etc, you carry that through the day.
    making working out a priority was the best decision ive ever made, same with meal prepping!

      You could try to see the pressure positive. Jealousy etc always motivated me to achieve that I was jealous about such that I am not jealous anymore. The first thing I do in the morning is to check my phone, mails, stock market, news, and briefy youtube. No "dopamin issues" at all. It is all about your inner perspective

    I'm a biology student and I have to take care of my mom, my dogs and clean my house. It's amazing that you took the time to make a busy people guide hehe. I have been growing up with Sophie for at least 5 years :') I feel like she's a great company. 🇲🇽🇲🇽💜

    I went really far for a couple of weeks with my meal prep--I prepped enough food for lunch and dinner for like the entire week and it was NOT a good idea haha. The food was not as fresh a few days later versus the same day or the next. I think doing for a couple days is a good idea, you still make a bunch of food and take time doing it but it's more worth it when it is time to eat it :)

    when i first watched your channel, ,i remember how i became completely obsessed going to gym first time ever in my life and you will be thrilled to know that, that too for 4months straight (literally had only 3-4days off) and now that i am fully recovered from fever, i got same chills same vibe gurllll!! I HAVE THIS GOAL TO ACHEIVE HUMAN BODY LIKE YOU, gawd it seems insane to me, i have always been chubbier lol

      You need at least 2 rest days per week !! Otherwise it’s not sustainable

    I love seeing all the different recipe ideas you have in your videos! Sometimes I get stuck eating the same thing every week and get really bored with my “healthy” food then tend to eat whatever is more tasty and unhealthy

    I needed this video! Fell ill and feeling super groggy and unmotivated. I feel on top of my game and mental health in regards to going to the gym nearly everyday, starting swimming lessons to learn more advanced moves. I picked up a stash of charity store books on topics I love to learn about so dont mindlessly scroll anymore but diet has been such a struggle because by the time I'm done with work, etc cooking becomes so unmanageable. I'll allocate days to meal prep!

    You are so beautifullll , ik krijg gewoon een glimlach door alleen al naar je te kijken!! 😍 en mealprepping is denk ik echt het geen wat mij een soortvan tegenhoud om m’n doelen te bereiken. Merk dat in snel ongezondere keuzes maak doordat ik bijvoorbeeld haast heb in de ochtenden of middagen wanneer ik geen tijd heb om een ontbijt/lunch te maken, dus zal die tip zeker meenemen!     Great tips! I do all three to some extent, go swimming first thing, try not to open my tv at all, only check messages and play one game and put on some music or a podcast on my phone. Meal prepping is the one I'm lazy with. I just feel it's so difficult to choose what to eat, go shopping, make it and eat it. If I had millions I would defenatly hire someone to Cook for me 🤣🤣🤣

    girl its easy to say it is better to work in the morning for a person who doesnt have to work in an office. I have to be at my desk at 8.30 and I have a dog which I have to take out for a walk at 7.30. that means I will have to wake up at like 4.30 -go to the gym -come back -take a shower -take my dog out -have breakfast and go to work.

    are you able to go into detail on why you choose what foods you do? Is it just bc of carbs are more heavy in certain meals vs protein in others? Are there certain nutrition benefits that make you choose what you eat? Thank you!!
