My goal is to practice everyday so that I can hold poses as long as Stacey does. I have been disciplined with my practice this past month, thanks to you Tim. Forever grateful!
Good morning Stacy and Tim that's all we need to start a wonderful morning , thanks so much for this lovely exercises and the gardener has done an excellent job....Namaste!
Hi Tim. So I got diagnosed with Epilepsy five years ago but haven't suffered from a seizure since. Over the last few hours I began to feel the symptom's associated with a seizure (in particular the De ja vu) and was really struggling to calm myself down. My wife and I agreed that I should try a yoga practise. OMG! it worked. With your help I was able to take my focus inward and distract myself from the overwhelming feeling of a "wave" rolling through my head. I'm truly grateful for all your hard work and honestly believe that listening to your voice and completing your yoga practise prevented my seizure and enabled me to return to my normal self. Thank you :-)
Ciao Tim, still with you untill the final day. I really enjoyed this one, longer, stronger and with the "guided meditation" at the end. I always wish for some little more time in shavasana, it's sooo relaxing. Thanks for this one.
I’ve missed a lot of your old videos because I refuse to honor Yoga Dose with my views. This challenge has gone a long way to restore a great variety of videos to chose from!! Thanks Tim and Stacey!! You are great teachers and very much appreciated🙏🙏🙏
The disclaimer is really the whole point of yoga to show up where you are. I think stressing that point over again can save a lot of yogis from injury! Thank you both!
Incredible workout, strengthening the foundations you helped us build. At this point, I realize the days of doing Mandala flows are out, at least until these micro adjustments are second nature. Thank you so much for this series. One more day to go!!!
This was great. Thank you for the corrections and guidance and the buildup to the postures. I've been doing yoga for a decade on and off and nothing has been as helpful as this series and YOU specifically giving instructions and breaking down the right way for our bodies to be holding itself up. So excited to see my strength and flexibility growing in this way. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Thanks as ever, Tim. The shortened pose names that you were directing to Stacy (and us) were so masterful-sounding. Your expertise is unparalleled. Thank you again
12/2020 ..... thankful your classes which pulled me through this very different year ..... happy holidays to you and all the “teachers” in your videos 💕
Thanks Tim and Stacey. Almost feel like I am doing proper yoga. Managed to follow the practice with only a few peeks at Stacey to make sure I was bustin the right shape when you switched to using the real terms.👍🌻🌈
Enjoyed the longer session, and look forward to some hour long ones. Listened to some Planet Earth sound track with this today, and was doing some Epic Yoga With Tim! Thanks a lot, you do great work!!
Thanks so much, you’re teaching has made me more conscious of the muscles I’m using in all the poses. Today was first time I got into crow and being steady for at least 10 secs! I’ve been balancing on my toes since the beginning so I’m really happy with the progress 😊
Beautiful practice. Did it 1.5 times. Started to do it this morning, only to realize I did not have enough time and stopped halfway through to shovel the driveway after a big dumping of snow last night. Got turned around on the way to work due to school being shutdown, therefore I did not need to go into work. After doing my indoor trainer ride (which was not going to happen today because I was going to get home too late), I started over and did today's entire practice, in a better mindset and feeling much more relaxed. Now to go shovel the additional snow that has fallen since 6 am. Thank you for the daily practice.
Great class! Really feel “complete” now. I was going to give it a miss today cos I went to my yoga class this morning.... teacher was off and a Pilates lady took over..... class was ok but it’s NOT yoga.... so happy to be doing day 29 with you.. yoga really flows (especially with you & Stacey) Pilates is just a series of exercises.... thanks again...see for last day tomorrow. Xxxx
I realised I'm not quite there with the full set (?), moving with the breath; my consciousness was one step behind a few times, leaving me a bit off-kilter. However, best crow I've ever done, so pretty happy about that (thanks to watching Stacy's form carefully)! Thank you!
wow great hard push today/been here every day txs again for the options if we cant get into full expression correctly and to remind us about props txs tracy too peace!
Loved the class, especially the background noise! In spite of that it was as always fabulous. Thank you both for your excellent guidance and great energy x
I've enjoyed this so much and would love to refer to these again over the next few months. Wondering if you will keep a library of the videos from the challenge on your website?
My only complaint today was that that excellent savasana ended too soon! Thanks guys, it' s been a great experience, can't believe I'm holding half moon now!
Namaste!
Namaste 😊

Hi, you spoke of getting the 5 basic poses correct. What are the 5 basic poses?
29/11/22 done. The spinal elongation on the mat is a great lower back relief 💪🏾, I'm applying a tandasna in every pose. One more practice 😉....
Awesome. Thank you. 😉
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏Fabulous👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you 😍
What are the 5 basic postures you reference in the intro? (I feel like I should know this!)
Wow day 29 ! We r almost dome
Yes! Keep up the good work! 😊
Where do you recommend studying yoga?
You've been teaching for 15 years?! How old are you?
Hi, I find that your holds are significantly longer when you have a guest as you go into lengthy explanations.
I want indonesia subt please master tim
Thank you
😊👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
you should remind people more at the end of the practice to like your videos
Where's the beach babe in the thumbnail??? ;-)
HAHA its Stacy, she's in the video!
I love it when you have beautiful females on the work out.
Those background sounds threw me off big time today, try to avoid that in the future.
Fantastic practice!
Thanks Reid!
