    I have been following and doing your work outs for 6 years now. I am a professional ballet dancer and having access to your yoga and pilates videos has helped me through so much in my life, from ballet related injuries to moving cities for a new company your videos have been a constant, and your content saved me during the lock down of the pandemic.     I wake up 20 minutes early every morning before working as a bedside nurse. Your workouts are perfect to start my day with and I always do your guided meditation after working out. I couldn't get thru a 12hour shift w/out your help! Thank you!

    I love this routine. I had been doing private pilates classes tailored to help my core and glute weakness which caused my lower back and quads to kick in when they shouldn't be, leading to all kinds of problems, but due to the lockdown I can't go to the physio clinic. Your workouts are helping keep me challenged and on track and I love how many new moves I see in your videos. I always walk taller and feel stronger after so I know they're working.     This lady is absolutely beautiful and incredibly fit. Does she narrate her workouts? Just curious.
    I've tried a few of her Yoga classes and they are very good. Wish I would have found these workouts earlier in life. They are extremely beneficial.

    I did this workout as day 2 of the 14 day Pilates challenge It was HARD!!! I am in a boot after breaking my fibula - I can do most of this workout while wearing the boot!! THANK YOU !!

    such a great worktout! And I really enjoyed that it was one without any form of planking because where my core is quite strong my shoulders are often to weak for all the planking involved in your core workouts. But other than that I really love your channel and your workouts have been a great help to my over the last 1,5 years, especially after my gymnastics injury last year, which is also the reason my shoulder (escpecilly the left one) is not that strong yet.
