I thought im going to die last march due to covid.i was gasping for air,felt tightness in my chest,nauseous, In fact,my partner hooked me already to an oxygen tank. I am sure,i was carrying it,but afraid to visit a hospital. After 6weeks,i regained my strenght,can eat and breath normally. I'm now able to medicate my pet patients,thanks to Juliana and Mark. I been a subscriber since two years ago or more.if not to your yoga videos,im really can't get through.Thanks to our Lord almighty,He lead me to your awesome teachings. I'm really glad you got better again, and to anyone else if you feel tightness in your chest, it may be due to mucus being blocked up there. So every day for a couple of seconds, get someone to gently keep hitting your back with both hands (not like a smack tho) to loosen the mucus in your chest

I get really tight calves as I used to dance and run a lot, so HIIT workouts that usually involve a lot of jumping around make my calves and feet hurt - however your yoga sessions make me feel so much stronger but lengthened at the same time and I don’t feel any stress on my joints! 2 months ago I found this workout and even tho its not time consuming, it gives me a burn, so i resolved into doing it every day together with some yoga class. And - oh my god, Im so excited about the progress in both strenght of my core and the ABS that I can see by now for the first time in my life! Could notice difference after 3 weeks already. This workout is fun and doesn't tire me like many others.

Did you get the other half? This whole thing starts off so deceptively easy but 60% of the way in I'm completely confused with the motions (I'm uncoordinated).
