The best touch is doing voice overs instead of talking while doing it. Juliana is able to apply the soothing touch to that sweet voice of hers. It gives nice padding for the challenging stuff like those cross toe touches. Grrr...it took me three days to get those down.
I'll answer that for you!! I started when I was about 14-15. I'm only 19 now but yoga has changed my life in so many ways. I hope you fall in love with it as I did. I reccomend starting at home online with a 30-day challenge, that's how I started! No need to pressure or push yourself since you're in the comfort of your own home. But push yourself comfortable to your own limits, find what feels good~

I just can’t believe you’re able to have both legs up from 5:00 to 7:40 without a single rest. For me putting 2 legs in the air is already considered an exercise, but looks like it takes zero effort for her 😨🤯

After years of doing this workout I finally got through two rounds! I think it was a lot easier after losing 15 pounds. The only problem is the next time I do this workout I will have to do two rounds again😂

Four years already in this journey with you, Boho Beautiful! Definitely this is one of my favorite ever from 2017! I can stop doing it, but I always come back and do it again and again!!! Never thought I was going to be able to to a series of abs.
Been doing this workout for a little over a week. I notice a big difference in my core strength. going to try to work up to two reps this week. I'm usually pretty fatigued because I do a lot of yard work and gardening all day. But I have noticed that I have a lot more core strength when shoveling dirt!
I managed to do a full workout for the first time! For me it will be more suitable to do it not like a challenge but like a combination with Brazilian butt video (it's still one of my favorite) and some yoga to finish. I'm really looking forward for the same tough workout for legs and butt :) I don't know why but snow looks so cozy, we have a lot of snow here too. Wish you warmth and light
