I have to tell you, I am so grateful for this channel and your existence. The both of you create stunning videos. And you both clearly have beautiful hearts which I love. I was having some trouble with my body from weight lifting because in all of the weight lifting videos I saw, the creators do not explain to you about the little often forgotten stabilizer muscles and fascia, and the importance of building a strong foundation before getting into weight lifting. So anyone who is thinking about weight lifting should read this. I hear it's a real problem now for a lot of beginner weight lifters and athletes getting injuries as a result of not working the stabilizer muscles and hydrating the fascia. Please read into it. Physical therapists is where I learned a lot of the stabilizer muscle workouts and about the fascia if anyone is interested. I feel all personal and athletic trainers should be trained in these areas to help their clients prevent injury and get maximum results. So between the physical therapists exercises and using your wonderful power yoga and core yoga sequences, I feel like I am TRULY stronger. It's amazing I no longer feel broken down by my workouts, but strengthened by them. I am getting back into weight lifting slowly and so far so good. So I wanted to thank you for providing true strengthening and endurance improving workouts. You guys are the wonderful. And I love your relaxing yoga sequences as well.
Your workouts are the only workouts I now do. You have a calming way of teaching. In other workouts, I found myself. holding my breath and looking at the amount of time remaining. I now enjoy my workouts and see results quickly. Big thanks!

When i first started following your videos i remember trying this and could barely last 3 minutes, that is no understatment, you have completley changed my life! Your the only tutorial around, (and i have tried many) that engages me, and im actually bouncing out of bed before my kids wake up so i can see how many videos i can fit it before all hell breaks loose! this is a great quick fix. the combination of yoga, balance and strength is really strong here. A little challenging at times but still absolutely completable but with a goal to work to.

A spectacular woman doing brutal plank . That is very hard stuff . Im 72 and had a radical Craniotomy a year ago and i can do most of her work outs / Yoga but that one is huge . Really she is amazing with so much strength . Cheers .

That's definitely the hardest workout I've ever attempted. I couldn't do most of it but I felt the workout more than attempting a "beginner" workout and I feel more motivated to work at it this way.

Another amazing workout. I like coming to your VDOs for more challenging workouts especially at the intermediate/advanced level. You ruin me for others and now I can't really work out with other trainers anymore. :) Your VDOs get better throughout the years and so does your body.
