In this video, we share a very simple yet effective full body morning mobility and flexibility routine that will help you to kickstart your day. Mobility training helps prevent muscles from becoming tight, immobile, and suffering from an all-round lack of movement. The benefits of mobility training are plentiful:
- Promotes good posture (looking at you, desk-workers).
- Helps prevent knots and injuries.
- Relieves tension associated with sedentary lifestyles or over-exercising.
- Improves all-round functional fitness performance.
- Increases range of movement, helping us stay active and healthy longer in life.
- Helps build stronger, more adaptive muscles and joints.

Great mobility routine! Just did this one this morning , super effective!
I discovered Calisthenics in the last few days, and im super pumped about it. I hate lifting weights, and after loosing 60kg there is a lot that needs to tighten up xD I had my first training session today following your beginners program on the app, and what can I say..i`ve used muscles i did not know existed. I know that these wrist wraps will help alot with keeping my wrists injury free :) Keep up the good work!

Thanks for always spending time on the underrated aspects of calisthenics and fitness. I worked on a firecrew with a guy who had Massive muscles but needed help getting his own shirt off because he was so immobile- it was good for a picture but useless for activity/life.

Stretching and flexibility are important in order to keep you away from injuries common in the shoulders, wrist, and other areas. Mobility un unlike flexibility is using the range of motion that you have attained for an exercise such as a v-sit.
Is there some sort of yoga exercises ? Really nice things to do in the morning.
At 68 I need all the stretching I can get.

I didn't born with a good spine so ... and age ... yeah! so when i do 2º ... man ... looks like i'm crushing a plastic bottle. Number 6 is impossible for me and it is not advisable. oh well .. there are many people a lot worse so all ok. thanks for the video :)
