Great routine! I've just done it 3 times as starter / warm up for my daily training. And so I have a little change in mind: switch the Butterfly Hold with the Plank. First the Plank activates the whole back and then add the balance from the Butterfly Hold, which makes more sense for me.
Im looking for next stretches exersice session. After my full recovery I going to jump into advance workouts. GOOD WORK #CALISTHENICSFAMILY

Thanks for this routine, I’ll definitely try it out as I am suffering from lower back pain. However, the upward facing dog is painful and it feels kind of contrary because it is forcing my spine together instead of stretching it out. Could someone please explain to me why this is good for lower back pain? (I got my lower back and hips checked multiple times but the doctors and therapists didn’t see a medical issue other than the lack of muscles)

I am 100% sure these exercises will make you very strong. But these exercises are not for people who visit the fysio every week. Everybody is different.
