- This recombinant DNA technology lecture explains about different types of DNA vectors such as cloning vector and expression vector. This lecture explains about the basic features of cloning vector and expression vectors and the difference between cloning and expression vector. In this video I also talk about different examples of cloning vector such as DNA plasmid, phagemid, cosmid, BAC, YAC and so on.
