You have helped me get over a horrible horsebacking riding accident. Broke back and hip, that most people said I would never walk again. I can walk, but with a small limp. thank you ! i am a stroke recovery person and have been following your programme for quite some time now. tai chi is really good for stroke recovery as it is slow, paced, and it helps the body to shift weight from side to side in a gentle way . since we have a problem with balance and gait, i find your easy movements ideal. i love your presentation in quiet natural surroundings.

@@Taiflow la verdad no he visto todos me he centrado en las prácticas cortas pues con 5 minutos de práctica me hace sentirme centrado pero voy a profundizar más en esto que es grandioso y se que lo necesito para afrontar los grandes retos que me impone la vida como llenar esos vacíos de soledad y mi estado anímico sereno sea constante...por ello ahondaré más en este tipo de prácticas variadas y la que me has recomendado de Mimi...de igual manera para profundizar aún más tomaré muy en cuenta suscribirme para así también ayudarte. You're anxiety dropped?!? I have alot of anxiety daily, I try to do this every morning but just had a passing thought to do it more than once a day 💖 That's so awesome!!!! This is the beginning of my second week doing your Beginners Tai Chi. Thank you so very much, for doing these videos. This practice has helped me so much already! I have never done Tai Chi before. I have been struggling with a knee injury for 2 plus months. Unable to exercise. Limping. In pain. Primarily muscle pain. I began with Module 1 for 1 week. Just began this module yesterday. Amazingly, I am no longer limping. The muscle pain is significantly less. I was actually able to go for a walk twice this week. This program is awesome!!! Again, Thank you, thank you, thank you so very much! I love everything about this.
Wow that was incredible. My first time trying tai chi, because I've had a chronic sore throat for 2 years which conventional medicine hasn't been able to sort out. I'm a singer so it's been very tough. I didn't expect to start crying during this practice. The video ended and I wanted more so I went through it a second time. I really felt the energy in my hands and through my body, it was an amazing new experience and has given me more hope that I will cure my throat problem. Thank you for uploading this.🙏

Hi. Here is a basic but important question. Is it best to mirror what you do i.e you shift left leg (my right as I look), so is it best to shift my right? I have this problem with illustrations in my tai chi book. Thanks
In my case you will mirror me. We are doing repetitions on both sides and it is not a form so you don't have to use the same hand as me. My left your right. That might not be the same in your book.

Your energy levels increase and your body is stronger just by doing a few moves once or twice a day.
My Health Coaching mentor always said if we give our bodies half a chance they will heal themselves.

I clicked on the Modle 7 video in the last weekly e mail you sent me and it came up Module 1b. Icannot find a Module 7. Please enlighten me. Thanks.
It's gone and I have to update my email. It is now in the Silver membership on my website. I will fix that email now thanks for the heads up
