    I have been doing Tai Chi for 5 days, and I feel so much better. Thank you again for these videos. Each one of them brings me closer to health❤

    Really enjoy these 5 minute Tai Chi Modules. I like the gracefulness and flow of the different forms that you teach. I am 61 years young, I follow along with your videos and feel better after practicing each. I am hoping to put all of these 5 minute modules together for a nice daily practice.

    I do love the 'flow' of your modules - most of the other TaiChi videos seem more about postures, but having this sequence of moves makes it much more interesting. Thanks!

    I really am enjoying following your channel and find following your instructions and practicing in general to be very soothing. I recently "while waiting in doctors office" tried to envision the steps and process through use of guided imagery "waves roll in waves rollout"......I had the best blood pressure reading ever. Thank you so much

    Dear Leia, while your other updated modules 01-04 are at an optimal pace, I believe that this module still needs to be done at an even lower pace to make it more easily understandable & doable, especially the transition from one step to another. Appreciate your good work

      I looked for the raw footage of this video to publish this with only one camera but I don’t have it with me. You can put this module on slow motion to follow but I also recently posted a review of this module that might not be exactly the same but similar. I will post a link to it here and you can let me know if it’s better.

    I have missed only one day out of 37 so far. I would love to know what we are doing with our hands and movements. What are all the graceful movements for? What is the purpose? Are we really collecting chi, light energy? Or is that just a way of thinking about it.?

    • @Taiflow
      @Taiflow  3 года назад +2

      Well first remember that Tai Chi is a martial art. It is arguable that it is a very effective martial art but it is nonetheless. So all these movements have martial applications to them. Even if we never plan to fight, knowing the martial application will allow you to execute the movement with more intention and purpose. There is also the Qi aspect which is definitely a bit part of it. If you harness your Qi energy you will be a better fighter but also a better person in general. There is a whole philosophy behind this practice that I cannot explain in this text.

      They are kind of the same just different ways of saying it. One is an image and the other is a translation of the movement from Chinese.

      These aren't pajamas, this is the traditional Tai Chi clothing. It makes it easy for movement. watch this video that I am linking here and practice this posture while following my videos. ruclips.net/video/MEtdtJwdfwg/видео.html
