Definitely escalated! Changing camera angles made it harder for me to get what I was trying to do too. I think the angles will be great once I’ve grasped the move better. Going to slow the playback speed down tomorrow! This may be a 2-weeker rather than a 1-weeker! Loving the course 🙂

I have just read a article about improvements in immune system after doing tai chi. In last few years these benefits of tai chi started to be proven scientifically; so you are on right way, it does not matter when you do it; it matters about what time you get happy in the day if you're gonna do tai chi; everyone is different.

Thank you so much. I've really been enjoying this series as my intro to Tai Chi. I've done yoga before, but this is something new to me. Also; that view...I've written a book called Love Gaia, largely set in New Zealand, inspired by a view like that and the Waitamo Caves

Thank you very much for these videos, Leia. They're clear and easy to follow. I'm learning to coordinate my movements and breath, but little by little I'm getting ahead. Overall I feel much better after doing this, and I hope it will help with my depression. Greetings from Argentina.

Thank you. Though my back injury hurts I also feel it is getting stronger. I hope over time I will see the healing and strength that I need to avoid surgery.
