  • One camera so that there aren't cuts in the movements for those who have been saying it was hard to follow the movement. It is the same as before but just the front view and I hope it is easier to follow. I also changed the music so I would like to know which you prefer. Remember even only 5 minutes a day everyday can change your life.

After a leg-crushing skull-fracturing accident as a teen, my life was dramatically altered forever. Many things I enjoyed were off the table. Your Tai Chi classes help me sooo much; mind body & soul. TY! Two yrs ago my elderly Mom broke her back in 2 places & has recovered to the point where we Both are engaging your classes daily 3000 miles apart but virtually together. She Loves It & it's helping her flexibility/balance/strength & stress. Tytyty for helping us but ESP her. I never write loong msgs but had to here. Huggs! 🌈💕🌞

Blessings for you from a 20 year old girl from Costa Rica, I had an accident 5 years ago that makes me feel so much pain in my back all day long, I can almost not do any kind of exercise, but all of these exercises make me feel better little by little. Thank you very much! I feel also a lot more energetic.

At Module 2, or so, I got my hands mixed up, and wasn't sure whether I was mirroring you or (copying you while) standing next to you. But I didn't panic, and kept on moving, because any movement you make to one side will be followed by a movement to the opposite side, so it should all even out. And I believe I prefer the music in Module 4, because I am trying to move more slowly (than I usually do), and this music is less intrusive, and more nonchalant. This is just the sort of exercise I've been looking for, and the attitude you project is very infectious.

@@Taiflow Thank you for mentioning that the library is at your website--I was trying to subscribe to it with one click. (Duh!) I was born well before the wired up age, but I love the internet. A lady was on PBS insisting that we should do Tai Chi for balance, so I came to RUclips, and stumbled upon Module 1 immediately. My old balance exercise was booorrrr-i-n-g! At the moment, my aging but not-dead-yet body is demanding that I do some more of my imperfect Tai Chi. Daily. But you have said that the masters will not grade me on performance, but only on honest effort. I can do that! Thanks again.

Let go..... the words and Rhythm together with living water motion are creating a space in my breath that matches the exercise.... after some work and effort my time and living perception become lighter and freedom of self sparks a gracious breath instead of frustration I feel compassion.... This makes poetic sense and harmonious balance in the living moment......Thank you
