This set is now part of my morning routine! I’m just over 3 weeks now and struggle with range of motion issues but I’m not letting that stop me! I’m going to continue with this one and each week work on refining my physical abilities. Thank you so much!
🎆Hello Leia. I started with you a few days ago. As I told you for 2 years in France I practiced Tchi with a Senior class (I'm 68) but I WAS THE ONLY BEGINNER...! the others were quite experienced. Once I asked the teacher "could you explain me this movement" Abruptly he answered "Don't ask me any more question" So after 2 years I gave up... Now with you it's so clear.. by the end of module 3 the clouds. the hook... and my body is dancing and even if it's not perfect I'm SO HAPPY. God Bless you. You're such a nice teacher🌻🌞

Her name is Emilie just like Emilie Jolie!! She is my rock. Sometimes we joke that she is the mother and I am the teenager but not when it comes to cleaning the dishes of course!!

Today is day118. Tai chi was a briefly a tangential part of my life many years ago. I came out of a prolonged (almost two years) medically necessary limited contact semi-isolation on January 6 and found your site. I listened as you talked about 100 days to form a new habit. The more I pay attention to things like how high you are lifting your arms for example it is almost easier I look forward to the time I can memorize this and do it out in nature. The expression of Yin/Yang in movement is to honor Heaven and Earth. The movement must not be deficient nor excessive and must avoid being double weighted. All movements can be broken down into their varios components and then the principles of movement can be imbued. This can then be employed into the Tai Chi form to create a strong and continuous daily existence.
I started this course about two months ago. Great course. I’m doing it everyday and I love it. I do have problems remembering all the moves though. Also I have been practicing it in mirror image and was wondering if I shouldn’t be doing that. The way I’m doing it now is my left is your right Thank you for the good teacher you are. Merle

HI Leia thank you for showing these vídeos. At 65 now I had to pack up running as it was effecting my hip joints. I use to practice Tai Chi years ago. What I like about your vídeos is, you do not need much room to perform the movements. Is it OK to incorperate all the different movements together once they have Been learnt? I love module 05. I have seen a few videos of tai chi And yours is easily the best must be the music starting with a nice gentle drum rhythm followed by a soft guitar tune I love it
thanks very much i intend to take it futher, but first i need to get the hang of the moves especilly as i have artose in my feet but till now ive been doing it as much as possible, when im not working, Im also glad that you sent this module as i had the same idea of combination of some of the moves which i like very much to do.

Thank you for these videos, I just started today and I didn't have any problems following your instructions, which is normally a big deal for me. I have to admit I felt a little awkward (like every time I am supposed to move certain way, I am not gifted in this) and I had to correct myself quite a few times - I found myself moving way too quickly or not breathing properly, so I hope it will get better over time. I have been using this module everyday for the past two months & I just wanted to tell you how much I am loving it.It feels as if it's starting to all come together for me.I am trying very hard to ensure my posture is correct,but I am finding i do have to keep correcting it. This is what I call freestyle flow so incorporate the moves as you like. What is important is that you are moving with intention
