NPR just had a program in which Senior citizens participated in a program comparing Aerobic activity with Tai Chi. I was impressed to hear that blood pressure stayed measurably lower in Tai Che participants. I'm using your program to explore Tai Chi for the first time. Thank you.

Right before I found this video tonight, I was experiencing a panic attack. I instinctively slowed my breathing and began to do flowing movements, which helped a little. I looked up "beginning Tai Chi," and after completing this video, I'm feeling so much better. Thank you!! I'm truly grateful this was here when I needed it. ❤

I’ve been practicing for about a month every morning, definitely calming, helps my surfing balance as well as added to my stretching routine im feeling more energetic.
