      ahh, this is such a complex question! I don't believe there is one size fits all for movement when it comes to chronic pain or fibromyalgia. These challenges can show up in so many different ways for different people. However I will say this: generally people with chronic pain, whose pain worsens with some movement practices, can find a low enough "dose" of some form of movement that they enjoy. That low dose may be 5 minutes of seated yoga for some, or 45 minutes of vinyasa for others. But it would be impossible to capture honestly in a video of any length! Check out Lorimer Moseley's TED talk for great info about managing chronic pain.
