  • Strengthen and lengthen with this 45 minute yoga class, designed to target hips and lower body. We begin with a gentle warm-up to awaken and prepare the body, continue with a sequence of empowering standing poses that build strength and stability in the lower body, and finish the practice with relaxing passive hip stretches to unwind and rejuvenate.
    Optional props like a blanket and two yoga blocks can assist in finding alignment and comfort. Enjoy!

    I had a very beautiful unexpected emotional release during this practice 💛 after pigeon pose during lizard I suddenly shed a few tears. It’s amazing, I decided to do this practice this morning because I woke up feeling a bit off, I thought this flow would be good because it’s challenging and would help clear my mind and focus! Needless to say when I opened my eyes at the end and I felt SO much better, I was smiling! Thank you!

      Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I'm glad to hear that the practice brought you some relief. It's actually quite common to experience emotional releases during yoga, especially in "hip opening" poses. Some believe that we store emotions in our hips, and these stretches can help release them :)

    I really enjoyed this session. I thought 45 mins might be too long but not at all. Sitting on the edge of a folded blanket for the bound angle and seated wide leg forward bend was a brilliant idea. That really helped get a great stretch. I can sit cross legged quite comfortably but the difference at the end compared with the start was amazing. So much looser and relaxed. Thank you Uliana. 🧘‍♀🤗

    This is my first time following your routine. You have excellent cues and plenty of time for people to transition so that I was able to follow every move despite being a new yogi. Thank you so much. At times the music gets a bit louder but non startling. Hope more people find your channel❤
