    Thank you so much, I thought that horse back riding was to release my stress but my right hip was still stuck with bad stress energy, I couldn’t walk properly 😢

    I've ben doing this one regularly, but still having problems with deer legs. I can't get both hip bones (butt cheeks) on the ground. I assume that it because of tight hips?

      Deer legs is a tricky one for so many people, and it's indeed often (though not always) due to tight hips. It actually places a lot of demand on the body because it's one of the few poses in yoga where one leg is in external rotation and the other is in inner. Feel free to lift yourself up on a block or a cushion to see if that feels better in your body!
