I wish you all the best in healing. You probably are already considering this, but don’t forget to rule out some sort of small bowel obstruction or similar. There is a time and a place for CT scans and other imaging if simple measures don’t resolve the pain.
Knowing nothing about fascia or biology, I imagine fascia being similar to a (spider) web that holds our organs loosely together - just to simplify things here.
Burn 🔥 out for me is being overwhelmed. We all choose our forms of obsession and the lack of boundaries we accept. Yes, we are out of control, unwilling to slow down and breathe. This is an invaluable escape from bad habits. Thank you so much. 💓 ❤
