  • Tight front hips? Hip flexors stiff? This is the practice for you. Gentle to moderate moves and a stress free flow to get you feeling less like the tin man and more fluid.
This practice was filmed live a few years ago. I'm just now discovering that it was not added to RUclips, and the audio quality has been adjusted to be as good as it can be. If it is not adequate for you, please check out some of my other more recent recordings (that were not filmed in this huge room and were filmed with better equipment).

wonderful classes thank you. It's a somewhat small thing but the echo in the room makes it hard for me to understand you. I imagine buying a wearable mic would help, although it would be an extra cost.

Thanks so much for taking and enjoying class. My audio tech has improved (and I no longer teach in this huge room) since this was filmed in ~2016-2017.
