Can you explain the extra two tunes coming off the exhaust at 7:04. I've seen similar setup used in plumbing for water pressure spikes (hammering)...

Penske are still available as an option on some of the Fast Track chassis. The Fox setup was tuned in-house to be slightly more compliant in the SPEC configuration and thus more street-oriented.
