Not showing any kind of reaction/consequence to Princess Rhaena just peacing out after a dragon aggravates me. And what about her obligation to the 3 little boys, her cousin and half-brothers?! It's this kind of lazy writing that gets on my nerves.
Yeah, that was really weird, the writing in this season has been okay let’s just say cuz we don’t know what woll happen in the future so that’s the only reason I don’t wanna say bad cuz all of these “bad writing moments” might actually be used later and there might be consequences for them. As for the obligation part as I spoke about already, people not just in that world but even in this very world we live seem to run away from duties and obligations. Rhaena at least you can say is very young although age is different in that world, they mature quickly but still they aren’t her children either, you have people leaving their children, wife everyone really. Daemon is the biggest example of it, just gets up and leaves everything. Doesn’t make it right but that seems to be something that just happens in this world and the real tbf too often unfortunately.
That is true, the amount of times I forget that Rhaena is his and not Rhaenyra and Laenor’s is crazy. Like tbh I kinda forgot (just like writers of GOT S8 😭) that Daemon was married to Rhaenyra 😭
